Chapter 22 Jealous
When they arrived at the Yonng Family's suburban house and got down from the car, Sawyer, dressed in a black tuxedo, greeted them. He looked at Sophia, and he was stunned. He pluckily ridiculed, "Little Sophia, it seems that you've grown into a big girl. You are much more beautiful."
Sophia had already seen his temperament, so she was not so embarrassed. She smiled slightly said, "Thank you for the compliment."
Sawyer's smile became even deeper at her words.
Dressed in a light beige evening dress with her hair coiled up, Yilia smiled and walked over. She sized up Sophia and said, "Sophia, you are Sophia, right?"
Tyrone nodded and introduced, "Sophia, this is Yilia. You can call her Aunt Yilia."
Before Sophia could open her mouth to greet her, Yilia was the first to speak, "But don't call me Aunt Yilia. That sounds too old. Call me by my name! "
Looking at the woman wearing pearl jewelry and looked noble in front of her, Sophia couldn't call her aunt, "Hello Yilia! Happy Birthday."
In the middle of the conversation, the gift that Tyrone had prepared was served.
Yilia took the gift and handed it to the maid standing beside her, "We are all family. Why are you so polite?"
"I'm just afraid you won't even let them in the door without a gift, will you?" Sawyer teased.
Yilia glared at him, "You brat. What are you saying about your sister?"
Sawyer still wanted to speak.
Tyrone stopped him, "Alright, today is Yilia's birthday, so don't make her angry."
"Tyrone is more considerate than you! This brat only knows how to make trouble." Yilia raised her hand and lightly patted Sawyer's shoulder, and said, "You help me bring them in and served them properly."
Sawyer slightly tilted his upper body, "Yes, my lord."
The three of them joked and laughed into the hall, and many people saw Tyrone and Sawyer come in and gathered around.
Sophia, who wasn't even noticed by a few people, was soon squeezed by the crowd to the side.
Looking at the two people who were crowded like the moon from afar, Sophia was a little lost. Thinking that it would take some time for them to socialize anyway, she simply walked to the corner, picked up a tray, and selected food to eat.
The Yonng Family's chef was very good at his craft, and every dish was done exquisitely. But unfortunately, the people who came here didn't want to eat, and many of them left untouched.
Sophia ate a lot of food silently by herself. When she thought it was proper, she wanted to go to find Tyrone. The hall suddenly sounded melodious music, and then people in the living room spontaneously flowed towards the dance floor.
Sophia's eyes unintentionally glanced over and noticed that there was Tyrone among them.
When she was about to open her mouth to call him, she saw him embracing a woman's hand and dancing with her on the dance floor in the next moment.
The two words 'little uncle' that went to her throat was suddenly stuck there like a sand.
Sophia stood there stunned, looking at the two who looked like a couple under the charming light. Her eyes suddenly became a little sore.
After a few seconds, she shifted her gaze and stared down at her shoes.
Why would she be sad?
Why would she want to go over to break them up when she saw him dance with another woman? She wanted to monopolize him!
That person was obviously...her little uncle...how could she have this kind of thought?
Sophia bit her lower lip, lifting her dress and walking out.
She did not know how long it took. She stopped at a rather remote small living room, sat on the sofa, casually picked up the wine placed on the table, and poured a full cup for herself.
Tilting her head back and drinking it all, she let the spicy, sulfuric acid-like wine burn her throat.
She continued drinking, and Sophia didn't know how much she drank. But she felt dizzy and her whole world was spinning.
"Little Sophia, why are you here?"
The low and teasing voice rang out, and Sophia looked up, only to see a man standing in front of her.
She was unable to see the man's face clearly, but she felt familiar.
"Little Uncle..."
