Chapter 68 No one cares

She went out form the bathroom after taking a comfortable shower. She found out Ellison Davis standing on the balcony and having a call.

He didn't say much, within five or six minutes. Sage Eudora had heard the most of it. "Mmm, that's it. You decide."

The skin on her palms wasn't badly hurt, but the pain was felt.

Sage Eudora did not dare to use the Body Soaping Dew when she was bathing because it was too painful.

Ellison Davis hung up, walked in to look at her, and then went into the bathroom.

He came out. Sage Eudora was leaning against the bed, almost falling asleep.

So many things had happened today that Sage Eudora was physically and mentally exhausted. The moment she relaxed, she would be unable to hold on any longer.

Sage Eudora was half asleep when she suddenly heard Ellison Davis calling for her. She was so shocked that she immediately opened her eyes.

Seeing Ellison Davis standing in front of her, she couldn't help but shrink back, "President Davis?"

Her voice was somewhat hoarse, but it wasn't that soft.

Ellison Davis sat on the side of the bed, reached out his hand from the medicine box nearby and took out disinfectant and cotton swabs, "Stretch out your hand."

Seeing his actions, Sage Eudora immediately understood what he meant.

Her face was stiff, "Mr. Davis, I'll be fine tomorrow."

Both of her palms were bruised. If the disinfectant continued, she would be in extreme pain.

Ellison Davis didn't say anything, only looking up at her.

His cold black eyes were filled with unyielding intent. Sage Eudora pressed her lips and slowly extended her right hand.

She closed her eyes and did not dare to look, but even so, when the cotton swab dipped in disinfectant fell down, Sage Eudora's entire body trembled.

Ellison Davis took her hand. "Don't move."

She opened her eyes and looked at him with an aggrieved expression. "I'm in pain, Mr. Davis."

Ellison Davis looked at her, "When you jumped out of the window, weren't you very brave?"

His tone was very light, but even so, Sage Eudora could still hear a bit of sarcasm in his tone.

Sage Eudora pursed her lips, not daring to move.

The disinfectant landed on the wound, stinging and painful.

She gritted her teeth, with her hands shaking uncontrollably.

"Left hand."

Sage Eudora retracted her right hand and stretched out her left hand.

Ellison Davis stretched out his hand to pull her index finger, and when his eyes swept across her wrist, he suddenly stopped, "What's going on?"

Sage Eudora followed his line of sight, not knowing when, but her wrist was swollen.

She pursed her lips, not hiding anything. "Queenie Eudora pinched it."

"You let her get away with it." As he spoke, he pressed his hand against the swelling.

"Ache!" Sage Eudora didn't expect him to be so ruthless and immediately pressed down on her.

Ellison Davis raised his head and looked at her, "When it hurts you will shout. When she pinches you, why don't you scream?"

Sage Eudora looked at him, not knowing if it was her imagination, but she actually saw helplessness in his eyes. She blinked in disbelief, pursed her lips and did not reply.

Ellison Davis sneered. He dipped the cotton swab in disinfectant and then put it on her left palm.

Sage Eudora subconsciously wanted to retract her hand from the pain, but she was held tightly by his index finger and middle finger.

"It's pretty good that you're screaming for pain right now. Why can't you just yell for pain when other people are bullying you?"

He raised his head to look at her. His indifferent eyes finally carried a few traces of mockery.

Sage Eudora looked at him, slightly lowering her head, softly saying, "No one cares."

She hadn't been like this from the start. She had cried out pain and resisted, but other than the more excessive treatment, she couldn't get anything else.

Slowly, she realized that crying out for pain was useless, and that it was useless to resist.

His black eyes moved slightly. "I am not a human?"

Sage Eudora was startled when the man's cold voice was heard.
