“No! He just never seemed like the kind of guy that would hook up in bathrooms. He is all yours,” Ann says quickly making her way out of the bathroom.

“Shit!” Shysie says, angry that Ann boycotts her attempt to compel her.

Ann got to class and took one of two available seats in the class. She made sure to be extremely far away from Parris. Parris stood up and is about to compel Ann to take her usual seat when a strict teacher, Mr. Ondrick, entered the class. He gave one look at Parris and without uttering a word Parris quickly found his seat. Parris gave a quick glance at Shysie and Wynn and the looks on their faces made it clear that they knew the trouble that might be coming their way. One look at the Wolf Spirit sends shivers down their dead spines. Mr. Ondrink Wolf Spirit is three times bigger than the one hanging over Jessica’s head. A Wolf Spirit looks like someone drew a Wolf coat over them with a neon marker.

Ann felt relieved. She did well in History and got along simply fine with Mr. Ondrick. Even though Jessica did not like History, for some reason Mr. Ondrick liked her a lot.

After history it is Science, but before Mr. Ondrick left the class he gave a stern warning to Parris. Mr. Ondrick pushed Parris's hand down with one finger. “If you or your friends cause any problems you will regret it! You stay in this seat. Let me catch you on another,” Mr. Ondrick burned Parris's skin with his touch. Werewolves with Wolf Spirits burnt the skin of Vampires and Mr. Ondrick is a Werewolf born from an ancient pack of Werewolves. Besides being a Werewolf, Mr.Ondrink is also one of the most powerful Shamans alive.

Parris managed to pull his hand away. He could not believe that this Werewolf-Shaman just burnt him. Parris knew he is the only one that could see the smoke coming from his burning dead Vampire skin.

Dario walked a wide circle around Mr. Ondrick. They looked each other in the eyes. With an uncomfortable stair down Mr. Ondrick made his way out of the classroom.

Dario started the Science lesson and in the back of his mind, he hoped that Mr. Ondrick will keep his word regarding not contacting the Council until Dario and his small group of Vampires can find proof that they did not commit the crime they are accused of committing.

Earlier the day during break time when Mr. Ondrick cornered Dario, he read Dario’s pass with a spell to see if he spoke the truth regarding them hiding out in Alaska. After Mr. Ondrick saw that Dario spoke the truth and refusing to help them clear the air, he agreed to only let them be if they don’t cause any trouble.

Jessica stared at the back of Dario wondering why he is so indifferent towards her. She never had a problem getting teachers to like her especially the young ones, regardless of whether they are male or female. She drifted of in thought thinking about Miss Wangberg. Just a week ago she was on her lap kissing her female teacher during break time. How much has changed over a weekend?

“Jessica? Are you coming?” Ann taps Jessica’s head that seems to be miles away. School is over.

In the girls' locker room, they were putting on their swimsuits for swimming class. “How hot is the substitute?” Jessica asks Ann.

“Yeah, I know right! Did you notice that the three new students and Mr. Carden have a blue shine to their eyes? I wonder if Shysie and Wynn are twins,” Ann asks Jessica, wondering.

“I noticed, maybe they all had eye surgery even though it looks like Ann and Wynn's eyes are just bright blue. Who knows?” Jessica left the locker room first, followed by Ann.

They got into the pool and wasted no time starting their slow warming up laps. The pool is just above room temperature and almost all the students in the school took part in swimming. Both Jessica and Ann did speed skating as well. During swimming class, Ann noticed that she could not keep up with Shysie’s speed. Ann is the best in swimming in her grade and knew that as of today that will no longer be the case. Shysie seems to maintain the swimming speed of a guy. Ann felt she just did not have the stamina to beat her even though she kept on trying. All the students stopped to look at the two going at it.

Shysie deliberately let Ann take the lead but every time near the end of the race she overtakes Ann with great speed. The students cheered on enjoying the competitiveness. Ann got out of the pool and made her way to the locker room, noticing the swimming teacher talking to Shysie. Ann knew at that moment that her swimming career and dreams are over. She hoped that she would get a scholarship at a University with her swimming but now that dream is over.

Ann stayed under the shower not noticing the students coming and going.

“Hi looser,” Shysie greeted, making Ann jump out of her thoughts.

Ann grabs her towel and intends to ignore Shysie.

“Everyone has left, why don’t you come to join me and my friends in the pool?” Shysie asks, hoping that Ann will come willingly.

Ann just walks past her making her way to her sports bag to get dressed but Shysie blocks her path.

“I insist, come join us, leave your clothing, you don’t need them,” Shysie compels Ann.

Ann feels herself against her will making her way to the pool.

“Look who I found,” Shysie says diving into the pool and coming up showing just her eyes, smiling underwater.

Both Parris and Wynn shocked that Shysie compelled her to join them with no clothing on.

Shysie lifts her head from the water as Ann gets into the pool. “Dinner is served boys,” Shysie says with a smile on her face flashing her fangs.

Ann feels the fear inside her making her heart rate go up, but she is unable to get away. She feels she is not in control of herself.

Shysie dips underwater and swims towards Ann. Shysie comes up in front of Ann and traces her tongue down from Ann’s neck to above her right breast and sinks her teeth in, drinking Ann’s blood. Shysie sees Ann’s life in her mind while she drinks and thinks to herself what a boring life. Shysie also sees the heated session with Parris. Wynn makes his way over and sinks his teeth into Ann’s side. Wynn never liked seeing the life of his prey in his mind.

Ann feels the piercing of their teeth but holds still. She feels as if she is tied down. She holds Parris's gaze. Ann starts to feel a tingle where they are drinking from her. The tingle starts to sweep through her body, and she remembers now that she felt the same amazing sensation when Parris drank her blood from her thigh. She now remembers how she got the bite marks on her thigh and she also remembers another very disturbing memory.
