Chapter 12 Scolded
She suspected that her second brother was gay.
All day long, he only stayed with his assistant, Gabriel. As a nerd who liked BL novels and anime, Maria would not miss any opportunity to suspect Wyatt.
"Ahem... Josh, Maria, is Wyatt back?" The patriarch of the Foley Family came out of the room. Leaning on a crutch, he was in high spirits. In a tunic suit, he looked sharp and nothing like a 72-year-old man.
"Grandpa, he..." Maria intended to tell her grandfather the truth.
Honk... Before she could finish her words, the sounds from the engine and the horn came in.
Then a 1.88-meter-tall man came into view. His well-cut black suit packed up his lean body. Around his wrist was a diamond watch limited to three pieces worldwide.
Then they saw his stunning face and bushy brows. The corners of his mouth curved up slightly. His sculpted features spoke of his temperament.
Unapproachable!
"Grandpa, I'm back!" Wyatt slightly curled up his lips to look nice.
"Humph... you finally came back. Isn't work your everything? You're 30 and not married. All day long, only Gabriel is around you. What kind of women will like a workaholic?"
Colt Foley had been happy but was upset upon seeing Wyatt. His face turned sullener when he spotted Gabriel behind his grandson.
Gabriel innocently followed his boss and dared not say a word lest the old man might have him thrown out.
In Maria's eyes, Gabriel looked like an aggrieved wife. As she looked at the two, the expressions on her face became richer and richer.
"Maria, get that idea out of your head. Don't look at me like a nympho."
To her surprise, Wyatt noticed her behavior. The corners of his eyes curved up slightly as he took an unpleasant look at his sister.
"Grandpa, look at him, he is mean to me as soon as he comes back." Maria snapped back to her senses, rolled her eyes, held onto her grandpa's arm, and pouted.
"My dear granddaughter, don't wrestle with that pathetic bachelor. Come on, I'll take you to have delicacies."
Colt bought her trick, stroked her head lovingly, and rolled his eyes at Wyatt.
Then he led his two grandchildren out, leaving Wyatt behind. Wyatt glanced at them helplessly and then caught up.
"Mr. Foley, should I leave?" Gabriel ventured to ask in a low voice.
"Mm." Wyatt nodded unhesitatingly to give his approval.
Gabriel heaved a sigh of relief, opened the door, and trotted away.
All alone, Wyatt suddenly spotted Josh waiting at the door. They walked together and chatted.
Then Josh rode the three to that high-class clubhouse.
