Chapter 6 It Was Too Brutal!
"Ho ho, are you a money boy?" Christine narrowed her eyes and shook away the man's hand again.
"Don't touch me. I don't take any money today, so you'd better play with other women. I have no interest in a rake."
She pushed the man away and kept looking for the toilet. "Why is this bar so large? Where's the toilet?"
"You're looking for the toilet? I know where it is. Shall I show you the way?" The annoying man strode up and grabbed her wrist.
"No, go away. I can find it myself..."
"Don't reject my kindness... The toilet is over there, madam. Let me show you the way."
"Let go of me! Help!"
With strength, the man dragged her in the opposite direction. Irritated and scared, she struggled desperately. Just then, with a bang, they broke open the door of a luxurious, spacious room.
Then, they were frozen at the sight of two lines of suited men, who were cold-faced and tall, wearing dark glasses. Obviously, they were not the ones to mess up with.
"I... I'm sorry... I came to the wrong place." The atmosphere was oppressing and mysterious in the room. The men's fierce faces scared the alcoholic into trembling; he loosened his grip on Christine's wrist and wanted to escape.
But pitifully, it was too late – he had disturbed the people inside.
"Where do you think this is? A free place for you to go in and out?" Suddenly, a man rose from the sofa with a fierce frown. "They're disturbing Mr. Moussi's rest. Do you know what to do?"
"Yes, Mr. Crump," a bodyguard replied.
"Pull that man out first."
"Yes, sir." The bodyguard walked slowly toward the alcoholic and Christine. What happened in the next few minutes came as a great shock to her. After the man let out his last cry, his mouth was stuffed and his limbs were broken...
At this moment, the man was rolling on the ground like a fish. To be exact, he was merely moving his middle body and head because he had been paralyzed in other parts.
Christine swallowed, sobering up greatly.
What place had she broken in? Why were they so ruthless?
How could they paralyze a man just because of a trifle like this? This was too brutal!
"Drag him out. I don't want to see him again."
"Yes, sir."
Whining, the man was carried out of the splendid bar and disappeared in the dark...
"Throw her out." Christine stood at the door in a trance, with cold sweat on her forehead, until she heard that cold voice.
"What?" When she drew back her attention, she had been caught by two bodyguards.
They were ready to throw her out.
But after taking a few steps, she heard a cracking sound from inside the room.
A bodyguard hurried out of the room and said, "Sir, Mr. Moussi couldn't hold on anymore. The doctor said Mr. Moussi needed a woman right away!"
"Woman?" Jake Crump looked at Christine whose arms were pinned to her sides. "Isn't she a woman?"
He looked her up and down for a while. Plainly dressed, she didn't look like someone who visited bars frequently. "Take her to the inner room."
"Yes, sir." The two bodyguards then dragged her toward the so-called inner room.
"Where are you taking me? Let go of me! I didn't mean to disturb you. I'm sorry. Please release me." Feeling a sense of danger, she struggled hard.
But how could she break free from two muscular men's grips? In the blink of an eye, she was thrown into the inner room whose door was then locked.
"Let's go. You two guard the door. Don't disturb Mr. Moussi. I'll come tomorrow." As Jake looked at the door, there was a flash of helplessness on his face.
How heavily had Miss White drugged Mr. Moussi?
Mr. Moussi had been in torture for three hours.
"Yes, Mr. Crump."
Then, Jake left with a group of bodyguards, leaving only two guarding there.
Bang!
As soon as Christine entered the dark room, a lamp was thrown to her feet. As the glass shattered, she heard a severe, cold voice, "Get out of here!"
