Chapter 5 A Bad Girl

"Dad!"

Sarah exclaimed, then quickly sat up in bed.

When she looked around, she found herself still in her bedroom.

The scenes that happened a moment ago flashed across her mind. Sarah shook her head vigorously as her thoughts became clearer and clearer.

As if something occurred to her, Sarah swiftly got out of bed, rushed straight into the bathroom, and stood in front of the mirror, staring at herself in it.

Her eyes were smoky, and her hair was burgundy and afro. Sarah looked exactly what she appeared when she was in high school.

After standing before the mirror for a long time in thought, Sarah eventually concluded that she was reborn!

She was reborn!

Sarah flashed an eerie smile at herself in the mirror.

It seemed that even God thought that she had died unjustly in her previous life and allowed her to come back to avenge herself.

That being the case, she naturally would not disappoint God's good intention.

Though Sarah was born in a wealthy and influential family in Sun City in the previous life, she eventually turned herself into a bad girl and a joke in town.

In addition to Sarah's own stupidity, Monica, her stepmother, and Amy, her stepsister, should also be held accountable for that.

Thinking of the two women and her previous life experiences, Sarah revealed a cold look in her eyes.

This time, she would make them pay the price.

Then, Sarah turned on the faucet to wash off her immoderate makeup, got changed, and walked out of the room with her bag.

She happened to see Monica and Amy sitting in the living hall downstairs.

Amy's cheeks were still slightly red and swollen from the beating Sarah had given her.

Sarah gave Amy a quick glance, then walked straight out.

"Uncle Ross, please give me a ride," Sarah said politely to Ross Jones.

Ross was the driver Mike arranged for Sarah, who was primarily responsible for Sarah's travels and safety.

Sarah used to yell at servants impolitely, especially at Ross.

She once believed in Amy's delusion and was convinced that Mike had placed Ross at her side to monitor her.

As a result, Sarah had never been friendly to Ross, and she even insulted him times without number and asked him to get out of her life.

In retrospect, Sarah thought she was genuinely stupid back then.

Ross opened his mouth in shock at Sarah's sudden change in attitude towards him, wondering if he had misheard.

Was the girl before him the same arrogant and domineering Miss Sarah?

Feeling confused, though, Ross did not forget his duties and replied to Sarah respectfully, "No problem, Miss Sarah."

Amy, sitting on the sofa, witnessed the scene, pouted her mouth, then asked suddenly, "Where are you going?"

Sarah ignored Amy's question and did not even spare a glance at her.

At Sarah's arrogance, Amy clenched her fists in anger. Especially when Amy thought that Mike had sent Sarah back to the room himself earlier, her fury intensified.

They were both Mike's daughters. Why should Sarah override Amy in all respects?

Even though Sarah was notorious and scorned in S City, Mike still treated her as his favorite.

Amy thought she was evidently better than Sarah in every way. Still, Mike's attitude toward her was always lukewarm.
