Chapter 7 You're Really Interested in My Body

Kent let all the people out, leaving only some bodyguards in the darkness of the corridor. He himself stayed in the bedroom and stroked the little woman's smooth black hair gently.

Suddenly, a noise came from outside.

Wilson walked in with liangpi (a noodle-like Chinese dish made from wheat or rice flour) that Virginia liked. But his heart jolted when he saw the armchair in its original position. He threw the food to a side and hurried to open the refrigerator.

There was no one inside. In an instant, worry climbed on his handsome face.

"Virginia! Virginia Carson! Come out! Don't try to fool me!"

He shouted in a hoarse voice and paced back and forth around the refrigerator uneasily.

A dozen seconds later...

Wilson forced himself to calm down and began searching for her. Then, he ran into the bedroom and met a pair of cold eyes.

Stunned, he stared at Virginia who was in a sound sleep on the bed and a fair hand touching her hair softly. That was his possession!

A burst of anger rose in his heart.

"Who are you? How did you come in? Move your hand from her hair! Don't touch my woman!"

The well-shaped big hand gave him strong displeasure. Being impulsive, he flew into a rage as he saw the man sitting still and looking at him as if he was a clown.

He swung at the man with his fist.

Quickly, Kent rose and dodged. Then, he put his fingers into his mouth and whistled.

A few seconds later, several black-clad men rushed in and pinned Wilson down immediately.

With his hands being held at his back, Wilson had a pair of red eyes. "Who the hell are you? Do you know I'm a scion of the Kents? If you offend me, my family won't spare you! Let go of me!"

"Noisy." Kent shook his head and waved his hand. "Send Mr. Baker out."

As Wilson was just sent out, the door was slammed directly. The bodyguards didn't hurt him, but they required him to stay out of the bedroom.

In the bedroom, Kent sat down at the bedside again. As the warm and petite figure moved her head against his thigh, he was stiffened and then looked down at her.

Her cheeks were flushed as if rouged, which made her look funny and yet lovely.

She threw an arm on his warm lap which was hard but smelt good.

Finally finding something comfortable to reply on in the darkness, she held it tightly and wasn't willing to let go.

"You're really interested in my body." He stirred her seaweed-like hair with a finger. "Just like last night."

Hearing his pleasant voice, she licked her lips unconsciously and revealed a faint smile as if she had just taken a sip of sweet water.

Kent felt that her tense body gradually relaxed and her breath also became steadier, which meant that she was having a good sleep.

"Are you taking me as a throw pillow? You're the first woman who dares to do so."

He patted her red cheek gently.

A beautiful piano piece floated into his ear. It was Dream Wedding, a very familiar tune to him.

But the dreamy melody evoked his unpleasant memories. Suddenly, his gentle eyes became frigid again.

He took out the phone and saw Fraser Lopez's name on the screen.

"Fraser, what's wrong?" He held the phone and looked down at her face, but his eyes were blank without anything.

Compared with his coldness, the voice from the line was as enthusiastic as the sun. "I'm about to get married! Don't you want to go home to see your brother and his wife?"

Then, the voice suddenly became low, "She's very beautiful."

"Ho!" Kent had a mocking smile on his face and clasped the thing in his hand with strength. When he regained his calmness, he found he had plucked out a wisp of her hair.

"I'll be there on time." His gaze fell on her puckered face again. Blowing away the hair in his hand, he poked her cheek with a finger. "I'll bring you a big surprise."

Unwilling to say more, he hung up the phone and walked to the door.

When he opened the door, he found Wilson was still waiting there for something like a hunter.

On seeing Kent, Wilson tightened his muscles and stared at the man with fierce eyes.

But pitifully, Wilson was just a 21-year-old big boy. In front of the 30-year-old mature man, he suddenly felt overwhelmed.

"That woman..."

Seeing Kent step away, Wilson shouted angrily, "Virginia Carson is my family dog! You have no right to mind my business. Give her back to me, or I'll punish you no matter who you are!"

Kent turned around slightly without showing any feeling. "Kent Lopez. I allow you to remember my name."

After saying that, he walked out and called John.

When he arrived at the hall downstairs, John had been waiting there for him.

Kent said, "Send people to inform the Kents that I have that woman's back now."

"Ah?" John was somewhat confused about Kent's words.

When he saw Kent's frown, he felt a cold shiver, ready to walk off with the key. "I see, Mr. Lopez."

Perhaps in this world, only this man dared to take a big shot as an insignificant puppy.

Was the woman protected by him lucky or unlucky? That was not an easy question to answer.

"Wait." Kent suddenly thought of something and had a trace of fierceness across his eyes. "Prepare a gift. I'll meet Fraser and his wife in a few days."

As a personal assistant, John knew much about Kent's affairs. Hearing such a dangerous voice, he trembled and nodded before he left hurriedly.

Upstairs, the ignored man thumped the wall in a huff. Except for Virginia, no one dared to treat him this way!

Kent Lopez? Why was his family name so familiar?

But Wilson didn't bother to think deeper about these. His self-esteem as a man had deprived him of his mind.

He took out his phone and called Sofia. As soon as the phone was connected, he said, "Mom, I can't wait to marry Virginia now! I'll take her back! I'm going to marry her right away!"
