Chapter 21 Make Me Feel Good

The door to the room was kicked open.

The heavy door hit the wall, producing a thud.

Upon hearing the noise, people in the room, who was in the middle of intense euphoria, lifted their heads in shock.

Terry's tall, upright body entered the room, giving off a powerful vibe that could not be ignored.

Terry looked condescendingly at people in the room and eventually fixed his eyes upon Brenda, who was curling up next to the coffee table.

She was wearing a white blouse, and it was tinged with eye-catching blood.

Once again, Terry glanced around at people on the scene, and the gloom in his eyes was apparent.

"Mr. Lloyd, what has brought you here?" Shane was the first to come to his senses, rising to his feet to greet the visitor, "Would you like a drink?"

At Shane's words, the others in the room all greeted Terry obsequiously.

Terry did not spare a glance at them but signaled his bodyguard with the eyes.

The bodyguard dashed over to the man next to Brenda and kicked him hard in the stomach.

Due to the horrifying impact of that kick, Darren actually bounced off towards the wall like a ball and slid down awkwardly.

He struggled twice to rise to his feet and blushed all over. However, he could not make it.

After making a fool of himself in public, Darren actually nerved himself to shout at Terry, "She is just a doll. Do you have to hit me like this? If you want this bitch, just tell me, I don't mind giving her to you."

Nobody had expected Darren to blurt out those nasty words in front of the uncrowned king in Dragon City.

Terry moved his long legs towards Darren. He was on his own, but his momentum was thunderous.

Before Terry could even reach him, Darren had already laid down his arms and surrendered. "Mr. Lloyd, calm down. I didn't do anything to the woman..."

Stepping upon Darren's throat with his high-end handmade leather shoes, Terry stared at the bastard from a higher position. There were flames of fury surging up in his eyes.

"If you want me to calm down," Terry's tone was emotionless. "You have to suffer."

With that, Terry put forth strength upon his leg. Instantly, Darren's face became bloodshot.

"Ah!"

At this moment, Josh entered the room and walked up to stop Terry.

"Calm down, Terry. For my sake, let go of Darren." Josh persuaded the furious man by saying, "Better go check on the lady..."

At this moment, Brenda, who had been kneeling on the carpet, let out a weak groan and slowly straightened her slender back.

Before Terry showed up, those bastards were bullying Brenda with a nasty game.

They capped ten beer bottles with tissue paper, and one of the bottles had a smashed mouth.

Then, they forced the woman to select one of those bottles and slap it down with her palm, which was designed to injure or even disable her hand.

They even wanted the woman to drain the beer in the broken bottle, which meant that fragments of the glass might enter her stomach.

The beer bottle with a broken mouth was lower than the others in height. If the woman did not choose it, she would have to face even more obscene punishments.

Staring at Brenda's bleeding palm, Terry realized that the woman was tougher than he imagined.

In front of the whole audience, Terry, the supreme president of the Lloyd Global Group, actually condescended to pick the woman up and swiftly walked out of the room.

...

In the backseat of the stretched black Bentley...

Brenda reeked of booze, and her white shirt was stained with traces of spirits in addition to blood.

Terry frowned lightly in disgust and pushed the woman towards the leather seat.

Unexpectedly, Brenda threw herself into Terry's arms like a spineless animal and hid her head on his neck.

"Ouch, it hurts."

The woman's soft breathing spread over the man's skin, and her groaning in pain was like a signal for comfort.

Terry could smell the scent of Brenda's hair and that of alcohol on her body.

Terry maintained motionless, lowering his eyes slightly to appreciate the woman's neck and whatever he could see from the collar of her white blouse...

The woman's complexion was even whiter than her shirt.

Staring at the woman's neck, Terry suddenly felt a sharp soreness in his eyes.

A few sparks flashed across his pupils.

Terry heard Brenda's instant soft breathing. Presumably, the pain on her body was hard to bear even in her drunkenness.

Terry's sturdy chest made the woman feel secure, and Brenda grabbed the man's arm with the uninjured hand, the injured one resting upon the seat.

She curled up in the man's arms in an odd posture like a cat.

It also proved that her body was incredibly soft.

With the woman in his arms, Terry eventually gave up pushing her to one side as she smelled terrible due to the blood on her blouse and the alcohol she had taken.

Brenda lifted her blurred eyes and narrowed them to look at the man, muttering, "Mr. Lloyd? Why did you save me?"

She was drunk.

Terry did not answer the drunk woman.

Why?

Over the last several days, Terry banned Jimmy from seeing Brenda, and Jimmy had been making a scene due to that. Maybe that was why Terry had saved the woman.

Terry was curious about what was so special about the woman to bewitch his son. Brenda and Jimmy had just known each other for days.
