It had been a tough night for Brenda.

When she got back to the hotel, she hurriedly threw herself into bed after a quick shower.

In an almost dreamlike state, Brenda seemed to be in another room.

The light in the luxurious hotel room was dim, and the bed was deluxe.

Under a thin blanket, those muscles of a man's study, smooth back and shoulders were undulating.

A pair of porcelain-white delicate arms were put around the man's neck. The man's masculine gasps and the woman's feminine gasps were responding to each other.

Involuntarily and instinctively, the woman left several scarlet scratches on the man's back.

While Brenda was immersed in the erotic atmosphere, the alarm clock sounded harsh.

Brenda sat up instantly, pulling herself away from the dream.

Last night? President Wood? She quickly thought it through.

From the subtle changes over Brenda's face, Eva realized what had happened. "You should feel honored to have a big boss interested in you. What else do you have besides your appearance?"

Brenda asked with a frown, "Eva, did you know that it was going to happen last night? Did you ask President Wood to block me in the underground parking lot?"

With a ray of cunning light flashed across Eva's eyes, she did not deny it.

"I'm no saint, and I just want to be an actress. I'm not a bitch you want me to be!" Brenda broke free from Eva's grip and walked away.

"Stop there!" Eva snapped behind Brenda, "You have two choices. First one, come with me now and apologize to President Wood. Second, the company will deprive you of any possible resources."

Brenda sneered and continued walking away.

Ever since the studio of Cathy Lawrence, a currently popular actress, had joined the company, it had been impossible for Brenda to obtain decent resources.

The role she had just been taken away had only five scenes in the show, and she had traded her body for it!

Brenda did not mind losing such terrible resources.

She then rushed out of the set and wandered around with a butterfly in her stomach.

She was in the largest filming base of Dragon City. Feeling agitated, she deliberately avoided the crowds.

She eventually arrived at an abandoned warehouse in the far northwest corner of the filming base.

The sound of a kitten reached Brenda's ears.

The cry sounded sad and weak. It seemed that something had trapped it.

Brenda immediately paused her pace and began to look for the trapped kitten.

In fact, the woman was an absolute fan of cats.

After searching for a while, she decided that the kitten had been locked up in the deserted warehouse.
