Chapter 2 Who Set Whom Up?

Three days later. City Y, the White Family.

Dorothy was wearing a red wedding gown with bridal makeup on her face, standing in the middle of the house in fear.

The furnishings in the room were luxurious. The red lanterns illuminated the whole room red, looking festive and peaceful.

But Dorothy did not feel festive at all, nor did she have the happiness and shyness that a bride should have. She only wrung her fingers nervously.

The room was very quiet, so quiet that Dorothy could hear her tight and rapid breathing, as well as another heavy breathing, which belonged to her groom.

Dorothy had been ignorant all the time while holding the wedding ceremony and having the wedding banquet. Now that she entered the bridal chamber, she still felt confused and couldn't believe that she was married.

After standing for a while, Dorothy plucked up the courage to raise her head and looked at Zack who was sitting by the bed. He was her groom!

Zack was very handsome, and the cold expression on his face made him look cool. But seeing his cold face, Dorothy was very nervous.

She knew that he didn't want to marry her. He only agreed because he did something bad to her three nights ago and was forced by his father to marry her afterwards.

Thinking of that incident, Dorothy was both scared and angry. How could he treat her like that?

She was now an unmarried girl who had slept with a man naked. How could she meet others with dignity in the future?

Her innocence and reputation were destroyed by this man. If he didn't marry her, what should she do?

Zack sat by the bed for a long time without moving, feeling very distressed inwardly.

He never dreamed that he would become a beast who did filthy things in the eyes of others. As a result, he had to marry this strange woman as his wife and became the saddest bridegroom in history!

Bridegroom? Zack was so upset. What kind of groom he was?

He had never thought that he would marry an unfamiliar woman because he couldn't imagine how to get along with a woman he didn't even know at all!

He loved Blake so much, and he believed all this time that he would marry her, but...

Now he was married, what about Blake?

He had planned to resist resolutely, but he failed to fight against his father.

In Zack's heart, his father had the supreme power in their small family, and his words were the imperial decree. Therefore, opposing his father was almost equal to asking for death!

If his old man got angry, there would be a 10-magnitude earthquake in their family!

Also, three days ago, after he had sex with Dorothy blindly, she kept crying. So if he didn't agree to marry her, she might have committed suicide.

If something bad happened to this woman, his father would definitely skin him alive!

The more he thought about it, the more he was in a daze. Zack's head was messed up, and he was panicked, wondering angrily why his marriage turned like this?

Zack raised his head and wanted to talk to Dorothy, telling her that he didn't mean that the other day. Although he had hurt her, they didn't love each other, so they were not supposed to get married!

He had been wanting to have a talk with her in the past few days, wishing that she could take the initiative to give up their marriage. But Dorothy avoided him all the time and he did not find a chance.

Unexpectedly, when he looked up at her, he found Dorothy was looking at him dementedly.

Seeing her looking at him like a nympho, Zack suddenly became disgusted. If she had such an expression when she saw a man, what kind of woman she was?

He didn't have much affection for her. So right now, Dorothy's dull face only made him even more annoyed.

A thought suddenly occurred to Zack: did this woman deliberately climb onto his bed that night?

If so, it was not he who had hurt her, but she possessed him!

This thought shocked Zack. Could he and his parents be fooled by this scumbag woman?

Zack looked at Dorothy in disbelief. She looked like an honest woman, instead of a scheming one.

But he couldn't judge her by her look. Perhaps under her honest appearance, there was a very cunning heart hidden inside!

His mother told him that Robin Field had a hard time living with his daughter because of his physical disability. Therefore, in order to build a relationship with his family and lead a well-fed life, it was not unreasonable for this woman to set such a trap for him.

That night, she probably sneaked into his room after he fell asleep and made it a fait accompli that they had slept together, while he had nothing to explain... Then he had to bear this and marry her.

The more Zack analyzed it, the more he felt that it was true. He couldn't help but be frustrated, staring at Dorothy and shouting, "What are you looking at?! Haven't you seen any man before?"
