Silence reigned in the car as Amal and Sham sat next to each other. Sham felt guilty, she felt stupid to have called Dennis and it just ended up so terrible. Sham kept looking at Amal at the corner of her eyes. He was cute, any woman in the world would really love to have such a man. His muscular handsome fixed on the steering, she couldn't help but smile. But this man was not showing interest on her. Did he just do all that as a friend, it was few days they had known each other and yet he was not clear if he had feelings for her or not. Sham kept thinking. 'What if he tells me he loves me..' she thought to herself then bit her lip. She definitely was not ready to have a man in her life, not now not ever. She wanted a kid and it has to be Amal, he was perfect. She wanted to have sex with a man who's handsome, muscular and caring. "At what point did you two reach in your argument that made him stab you?" Amal asked finally broke the silence his eyes fixed on the road. "Amh...he just kept telling me that I was not good for him and that Sandra is the girl he has set his eyes on. I was mad and I slapped him, then he stabbed me." She said looking innocent. The bandage was still on her upper belly and she felt a little pain which had been subsided by the ointment applied by the nurse. She was also told not to stretch too much it may affect the wound. Amal had offered to take care of her for the whole week in his house. "Go in and pick a few clothes for your stay at my place." He said as he parked his car next to Sham's apartment. Sham had declined this offer but Amal insisted and Jecinta accepted too. She was no longer a child but she felt like everyone treated her like a child. She stepped out of the car and headed to her house Amal following her from behind. She felt dizzy all of a sudden and Amal held her waist and walked her to the apartment. "Let me help you." He said as they walked into the bedroom. Amal went into her closet and took a few clothes packed them including her panties and bra and for a moment, she felt embarrassed and looked down. "Done let's go." He said as they walked out.

Sham felt safe and protected when with Amal a feeling she had never felt before with any man. "Feel at home." He said as he opened his apartment. Sham walked in held still by Amal with his one hand and the other on her briefcase. Her eyes widened when she noticed how magnificent Amal's apartment was. With a touch of flaming white in the living room, navy blue couches settling there. He had taste a very magnificent taste. On the walls lay a picture of him and another picture of an old couple. Sham moved slow, she was fine but Amal wouldn't just let her be. "Take a seat and relax I will be back with your meal." He said as he made her seat on the couch. She watched him as he left and walked to the open kitchen. The kitchen was dark and had everything that was fit for a kitchen and just beside it lay a cabinet that contained all kinds of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The house looked like paradise in Sham's eyes.
