Amal dropped the dishes in the sink and decided to take some headache pills for her which he found in one of the drawers. He filled a glass with water and walked towards her room. He had never done all this for a lady in his life not even Sophia. But now he had to do it to impress her at least so that she notices him. On arrival to her room he found her on phone and he silently dropped the glass and pills on the table beside her bed and stood at the door to watch her. She hadn't noticed him yet. She was mad and he could tell from her eyes. Shortly after she hunged up, switched off the phone and threw it aside the took some clothes and jewelery that were close throwing them down on the floor. 'Is that how she behaves when mad' he thought laughing inwardly. 'Its cute and funny' he thought again. She then turned and faced him as if her spirits told her to look behind. "How long have you been there?" She asked. Amal walked into the room silently and sat on the bed next to her and she breathed heavily and he knew he had an impact on her everytime he moved closer. "Enough to know that you are mad at your mom." He said calmly. She looked at him with balancing tears in her eyes then bit her lip and closed her eyes to shove off the tears that were trying to fill her eyes. "I'm fed up with everything, I just hate everyone right now." She said still eyes closed. He felt like kissing her again maybe this time deeper to her mouth. He wanted to taste those lips. But he stayed calm not letting his emotions and thoughts overwhelm his actions. She then opened her eyes and tears dropped. She looked adorable and Amal couldn't just stop looking at her and admiring every inch of her. He then switched his eyes lower and saw how stiff her neck was and he thought how turned on he would feel just kissing her neck. "Den called my mom and lied that he has been sleeping on my door step trying to beg me for forgiveness and what makes me feel like dying is the fact that he cancelled everything and placed the blame on me." She said as tears went on flowing and he kept silent watching her. He knew she had issues and that her heart was broken and if Amal speeds up things then he might be considered as a rebound. "He is a jerk, he never loved me the way I did, you know what Amal I gave him my whole heart and took care of him while he had nothing not even a job, then he gets a job and I become trash. Now everything I have worked for is cancelled and ruined. I didn't cancel it because I knew he'll come back and beg me for forgiveness, give a stupid explanation then we proceed with everything. But I was wrong so wrong he is just a jerk and I'm done with men it's over, I won't get married, I just want kids and that's all." She said then placed her head on her hands. Amal moved closer and hugged her tight, he noticed he had been looking at her admiring her while she was busy opening up to him. The fact that she said she was done with men kept ringing in her brain. 'Does it mean I don't have a chance' he thought. But he had to fix himself in he had to come up with an idea and make himself worth to her she had to fall in love with him. "Hey princess look at me," He said lifting her head up with his finger gently. She faced him tears still flowing. "I saw you the first day crying and you stuck in my head till then I promised myself to find you no matter what and at least be your friend and you confide in me. This is not because I have bad intentions but because I value you I don't know why and how but I do." He said then mend her hair then held her head in his hands. "You are worth more than what Dennis should have as a woman keep thinking like that and you will always win this. He left you because he can't handle a success like you and I promise you will find someone sooner or later that is worth the pain and heartbreaks. And looked Sham always remember I'm your number one friend and I'll always be here and close to you for anything okay?" She nodded and this time hugged him. He felt a cool chill in his heart and he knew what to do..befriend her make her feel safe with him and happy and make her feel like he had every package she wanted then later she will definitely fall in love with him. "You need to take this pills to calm the headache, then you need to take a good rest and relax." He said giving her the pills and glass of water. "Thanks Amal." She said softly. Amal wiped her tears, he was careful he didn't want to just show her all he wanted from her but of course he wanted her. He then nodded to her thanks. She then laid on the bed and rested. Amal left for work, he had asked her secretary to cancel all his morning appointments.
