Chapter 31 Tedious atmosphere

Laura Green was a little confused. The window in front of the car came down to reveal Nathan Hill's face in the cab. "Miss Green, get in the car. I'll give you a ride."

Laura Green didn't want to bother him. Just asshe wanted to say something, the window of the car went up again. Laura Green was a little stunned. She looked at the shiny luxury car before her, and finally opened the door and sat in.

The moment she sat in, Laura Green tensed up. She did not expect that Paul William was in the car, and she was sitting beside him now.

The air pressure in the car was a little low. Nathan Hill looked up at his boss from the rear—view mirror. Just after he came out of the company, he saw Laura Green in the cafe opposite him. He should attend a meeting right now. But he let him wait along the roadside...

After Laura Green got into the car, she gave the address of London Bar and said nothing.

She could glance at the man's long legs in dark gray trousers. He put one hand on his knee and his hand was beautiful.

She had not seen him for quite a few days. As long as looking at him, she still could not help but think about the day. She thought that she would be relieved when she was busy. In fact, it was not that easy.

The ringing of the phone broke the silence in the car. It was Laura Green's phone that was ringing, and took out it to see that it was grandmother. The ringing continued to ring.

"Hello, Grandma!" Laura Green lowered his voice.

"Laura, are you seeing Luis? How do you feel?" The grandmother asked in anticipation.

"Yeah, it's okay!" Laura Green's voice was still low, and she looked beside him to end the conversation as soon as possible.

"It's okay to get along with me. I'll tell you that this boy is very motivated. Although the family is not rich or wealthy, marriage is the most important thing. The more she said, the more she could get out of hand.

Laura Green quickly interrupted her:“I see, Grandmother, I'm having trouble picking up the phone right now. I'll call you back!"

"Either way!" The other party finally hung up.

Laura Green took a deep breath, only to find that the pressure in the car was lower than before.

Finally, at the entrance of the London Park, Laura Green quickly thanked him and got off the car. Just after the door was closed, Rolls—Royce started off.

Laura Green stood for a while and entered the bar. James Brook was not here today. Before she could start work, she went to the changing room to change her clothes and Sarah rushed in.

"Oh, Laura Green, you're finally back!"

"What's wrong, miss me!" Laura Green teased.

"Isn't that so?" Sarah watched her change her clothes and walked to the lounge with her hand. "I'm really uncomfortable with the manager's new hire!"

"What's wrong?" Laura Green knew about the new waiter.

"I don't know how to check. I actually seduced the rich people in the VIP room. I accidentally bumped into it that day, alas, I couldn't describe it ..." Sarah said angrily.

Laura Green looked at Sarah's frown and didn't know what to say. Thinking of Luis Turner's attitude when he heard that she was working at the bar, no wonder that even though she was just a waiter, everyone would look at you with colored glasses.

"Let's leave it alone!"

Sarah spread her hands and said, "I don't want to worry about it either. I just think that there are rules for doing everything. She doesn't have such a limit.

Laura Green nodded. This was the case, but they had no right to control it.
