Chapter 43 Don't you want to sleep?

Hearing his words, she suddenly froze.

She hurriedly lifted her hand to wipe the tears off her face. She wiped them away with trembling hands.

Ellison Davis leaned against the sofa behind him. His black eyes fell on her face. Sage Eudora didn't even dare to sob.

After a while, she tentatively moved a little. The man behind her did not make any sound. Sage Eudora quickly took the bowl and entered the kitchen.

Ellison Davis tilted his head and looked at her, lifting his hand to take off his tie as he walked towards the room upstairs.

Sage Eudora stayed in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes before she left. The man on the sofa had already disappeared.

Unconsciously, she raised her head to look up the stairs. She pursed her lips and stood there for a moment before going upstairs.

After tossing and turning for a while, it was already past two o'clock.

Sage Eudora was originally very sleepy. Being frightened by Ellison Davis, she completely woke up, sitting on the bedside. Lost in nervousness.

She really couldn't see through Ellison Davis. Even after so long, she still couldn't guess his thoughts.

Ellison Davis walked out from the bathroom in a daze.

The bathrobe on his body was a bit loose. Water droplets on his hair just happened to fall on his chest, following the lines covered by the bathrobe all the way down.

Sage Eudora only took a glance before turning her gaze away. She did not dare to look at him, instead lowering her head to look at the grey bed—sheet.

Very quickly, the bed at the side sank down.

Sage Eudora's whole body shuddered. His hand subconsciously grabbed her thigh.

Ellison Davis took a towel draped over his body to wipe his hair. The water droplets hit her body. Sense of ice—cold.

Sage Eudora slightly tilted her head and glanced at him. He had her back facing her, so she couldn't see his expression.

The room was very quiet. Two minutes later, he got up and went to the wardrobe to change into his pajamas.

His movements were quick. Sage Eudora stared blankly at him as he took off his bathrobe. The man's firm and handsome figure was directly in her line of sight.

She was completely shocked. Ellison Davis putting on his pajamas raised his head, "Not satisfied?"

He was already standing in front of her.

She subconsciously moved backwards until she was leaning against the headboard. She had nowhere to retreat to, so she could only raise her hand to pull up the quilt. She looked at him and hurriedly shook her head. "No, I —"

She was at a loss for words, not knowing what to say.

He raised his eyebrows slightly and went to the side of the bed.

The lights in the room quickly dimmed, and Ellison Davis lay beside her.

Sage Eudora took advantage of the dim light to glance at him. In the darkness, her black eyes were very bright.

He was looking at her. "Don't you want to sleep?"

These words were spoken very indifferently, but in Sage Eudora's ears, she could hear the meaning behind them.

She quickly shook her head and pulled the blanket down.

She was curled up in a ball. Against with a big bed, she took up a little bit of the edge.

The aura of the man was still very obvious.

This was the first time she slept with Ellison Davis when being awake. Sage Eudora's entire body shrunk like a prawn that had just been cooked in a pot.

This kind of night was very hard for Sage Eudora to bear.

She was actually very sleepy, but she didn't dare to fall asleep.

Time slowly passed, her eyelids started to droop, and gradually, Sage Eudora could no longer hold on, her consciousness was slowly attacked by the sleepiness, and finally she completely fell asleep.
