Chapter 2 Challenge, Man's Limits

Alice lay on the bed calmly without moving.

When the man saw her lying there deadly still, he lost his interest. "I don't want to force you in this."

He got up and was about to leave.

Alice sat up quickly, grabbed his neck and groped to kiss the man's tightly pressed lips.

His lips were soft and cold.

Alice could not taste anything. She just felt the lips were like jellies that had just been removed from the refrigerator in summer.

She should have felt nauseous instead of seductive.

The man was stunned. Her jerky and clumsy kiss made him dry and hot all over.

"Girl, do you know what you are doing?"

"Yes, I'm trying to make you sleep with me."

Alice's tender body wrapped around the man's strong waist, burning the fire to the hottest point.

"You're challenging the limit of a normal man." At the next moment, the man had already reversed the position. He kissed her possessively and angrily. A beginner like Alice could not resist it at all so she fell directly into his arms.

She didn't know whether it was because of her drunkenness or the lack of oxygen, her mind went blank. She could not think of anything else. She could only let the man touch her, and she had no strength to respond or resist.

She had no right to resist, either.

The man overpowered her, and then came the torn pain. It hurt so much that her every nerve was trembling. She was so painful as if she was in hell.

Alice gave a low cry of pain, but the man did not pity that this was her first time. He ran into her like a raging beast. He wanted to vent all the accumulated desire and anger in his heart on Alice.

She gnawed her lips and grabbed the sheets under her. She felt the whole world was shaking and spinning.

She told herself desperately that it was only a nightmare. She would get up early tomorrow morning and have a brand-new day.

But time was against her. Every minute, every second was so torturous, so long.

The man was very dissatisfied with her abstraction, and he went harder suddenly. Alice felt so painful and she had to go back to reality.

When the man's fingers inadvertently came across the tears at the corner of her eyes, his movement suddenly softened down. He touched Alice's thin body, and then a series of kisses fell down.

Alice gradually recovered from the pain, and she felt some kind of wonderful feeling that she had never experienced before as he was going in her body.

Time flew slowly, and the copper bell on the wall made a deep swing sound.

Behind the curtains, the bright neon of the city was concealed, and they could not see each other's face clearly.

It was not necessary to remember each other's face when it came to a one-night stand. After tonight, they were strangers to each other.

When the man finished, he went to the bathroom to take a shower.

Alice lay on the soft bed weakly. She grabbed the quilt over and wrapped herself.

After a long time, the clatter of water disappeared and the man came out.

Alice still maintained her original posture, laying there unmoved. She nestled in a safe quilt, like a wounded little beast, licking the wound alone.

"She is guilty in her heart, but she let you to make it up to me!" The man whispered and said, "I won't mistreat someone she paid for."

Jane really worked hard. She even found him a virgin.

The man didn't even notice that he was giving a pitiful look at Alice.

Alice didn't make a sound. She pretended to be asleep so that she didn't have to answer what he said.

There came the sound of the man dressing. Finding that he was leaving, Alice quickly removed the necklace from her neck.

"Here's the keepsake you gave me. I'll give it back to you now." Only in this way could the relationship between them completely end. Alice threw out the necklace. The diamond gave off a brilliant light in the darkness.

The man caught it, not saying anything. He turned away and left.

The moment the door closed, Alice rushed into the bathroom like crazy. She scrubbed her body hard, but she could not wash away the marks left by the man.

She crouched in the corner, covered her mouth and cried for a long time.

She told herself desperately that she should be happy. She had successfully accomplished the task. Her family would get through the difficulties, and she didn't have to worry about her mother's medical expenses anymore.

But her tears were like beads dropping from broken threads, and she couldn't stop.

...

The next morning, the dazzling sunlight penetrated through the crevice of the curtains and shone on Alice's bed.

Her head ached, and her whole body was as painful as if it had broken apart.

She struggled to take out the T-shirt and jeans she usually wore from her bag, and threw the highly-priced black tuxedo dress she wore last night into the trash can.

Standing in front of the mirror, she looked at herself, with long hair. Her T-shirt just covered the blue and purple marks left by the man, and in the mirror she was the pure and clean university student again.

She was about to leave when she suddenly found a check on the bedside table. The numbers marked above startled Alice.

Only after counting twice did she confirm that the thin sheet of paper in front of her was a ten million cheque.

Was it left by the man?

Alice looked around in a flurry. In the whole magnificent room, only the butts piled in the ashtray on the tea table beside the window reminded her that the man really existed last night.

And the pain in her body.

Alice put the check on the bedside table. She would never take the money by trading her body, even the amount was quite attractive.

She turned on the phone. It was overflowing with missed calls and messages. She browsed through the phone. It was just one night. Why did it seem that the whole world was looking for her?

Before she could read the text messages and voice messages, David Jones called first. Alice hurriedly greeted him with her typical sweet smile.

"Hey, it's David, right?"

The other end of the phone was silent for two seconds, and then came David's warm voice.

"Alice, you finally answer your phone. Where are you? You haven't had breakfast, right? I'll go and pick you up.”

"No need, David. I've had breakfast."

David then said gently, "Uncle Mark Oliver was looking for you last night and he even called me. I don't know why he was looking for you. It seemed to be very urgent. I went to the hospital last night. Your mother was fine. You don't have to worry about it."

"Thank you, David." Alice still smiled sweetly.

"You have classes in the afternoon. I'll get a seat for you. You don't have to rush over. You still need to take care of your mother."

David was always so considerate, which made Alice feel warm in her heart and also helped comfort her low spirits.

As soon as she hung up the phone, Mark called in immediately.

Alice clenched her cell phone, and she could not help feeling disgusted. It was this person, her biological father, who forced his own daughter to trade her virginity to a stranger, for Oliver Family business!

"Hello..." Alice still answered the phone, but she didn't expect that Mark would growl at the other end of the phone.

"Alice! Where did you go last night? You agreed with this, but you didn't show up! I will stop paying your mother's bill in the hospital now! "

Mark hung up the phone without giving Alice any chance to speak.

Alice didn't know what was happening, so she hurriedly checked the text messages and voice messages sent from Mark yesterday. It suddenly dawned on her that the person who had sex with her last night was not the one who made a deal with her dad.

It was a heavy blow to her. Her brain went blank.
