Madison rushed to her room in tears after the news was broken.

She picked up her phone to call Dave and he picked up after the third ring.

"Hey baby, I'm coming to the hotel right away," she said in tears

"Whaaa…" he couldn't finish before she hung up. Madison got dressed immediately and walked out angrily.

"Hey, where are you heading?" her mom asked as she walked past her

She didn't reply. She walked past her mom and walked out of the house.

She saw Mr Sam the driver sitting at the garage licking some oranges

"Hey Sammy, we are heading somewhere" she said to him

As she walked into the hotel, she tried to conceal her tears beneath the spectacle she was wearing. She got to Dave's room and knocked. He opened immediately and she rushed in sobbing. He kept mute for sometime while she stood close to the window sobbing.

He walked towards her and placed his hand on her shoulders. She placed her head on his chest at once and sobbed uncontrollably.

"What's wrong?" he asked, cuddling her

She sniffed and looked at his face. Her eyes were already swollen and red. She wiped the tears with the back of her palm and said:

" I'm getting married in three weeks time" she announced

Dave shifted a bit and stood up at once. He didn't say a word as he walked towards the window. He placed both hands on his waist and took a good look at her again before turning away.

"So you wanna get married to him right," he chuckled.

"No, my love I won't get married to him and that's why I'm here for us to talk," she said soberly

"Talk about what!" he yelled." About the fact that you're not ready to do anything for the sake of our love??!!! I shouldn't have come to this place, I shouldn't have come to Nigeria. It's not worth the fight!" he flared.

She shrieked and moved slowly to him.

"You shouldn't say that my love, you should be considerate,'' she said, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"Just get out!" he yelled and shoved her hands off him. She shrieked back in fear and moved towards the door with tears running down her cheeks. He felt pity for her at once and rushed towards her. He drew her to himself and held her tightly while she sobbed

"I'm sorry love, I'm just so scared of losing you," he said calmly. She sniffed and wrapped her hands around him.

"I don't wanna lose you either,'' she said amidst tears.

Just then, her phone rang. She broke free from him and walked to pick up the phone which was still in her bag.

"Jason," she said to Dave as she picked the phone.

"Let's hear him out, '' Dave said and she picked the call.

"Where are you? I want us to meet tonight. I guess you must have heard the news right," Jason said

"Hmm I'm at Dave's hotel room...."

"Hotel room?!!!" he asked, cutting her short

"Yea...h, what about that?" she asked, looking surprised.

"um, you can come with him too cause Emilia's coming too. We will meet at Accurate club tonight" he said

"Oh ok we will be there, '' she said and hung up.

She turned to Dave who had been watching her.

"He says we should meet up at a club, Accurate club" she said

"OK it's getting dark already we should get ready to go" he said

"Yeah, Sammy will take us both there," she said.

Her phone rang again, she looked at the caller and it was Alex.

"Where are you girl?" Alex asked anxiously from the phone

"I'm with Dave. Have you been searching for me?" Madison asked

"Yeah, I stopped by and mom said she has no idea of your whereabouts" Alex replied

" I guess she broke the news to you too," Madison said

"Yeah and that's the more reason I want us to talk" Alex said

"OK, just meet us at Accurate club. That's where we are heading right now. Jason will be there too,"

"Ok right away," Alex said and hung up.

"Shall we?" Dave asked, looking at her

"Yes love," she replied.

At about 7:40 pm, they got to the club and went inside in search of Jason and Emilia. The place wasn't so filled up tonight. Everywhere was lit up as usual. A reggae song was playing in the background and a few people could be seen smoking and drinking.

"He must be a club guy I guess, '' Dave said as they walked in. Madison nodded slowly

"The kind of guy you are gonna marry, '' he chuckled and she kept mute.

"Madison," she heard someone call her name from behind. It was a male's voice. She turned and saw a tall and dark handsome young guy in his late twenties standing behind her. He was holding a bottle of beer in his hands.

"Amos!!" she exclaimed and rushed towards him. They both hugged slightly.

"Wow you're so big now,. I wouldn't have recognized you if Jason had not showed us your pictures," he said smiling

"You too, you're a man now" she said, smiling. "Hey, meet my boyfriend,Dave, " she added as she made way for Dave to meet him.

"Hi Dave ," Amos greeted,stretching his hand for a handshake

"Hi," Dave greeted as they both shook hands.

"So what are you doing here?" Madison asked

"Oh we are waiting for you and your man," he replied

"Wow, who are the we?" she asked, looking surprised. Amos smiled and made way for them to see the table behind him. Sitting there was Jason, Emilia, Derrick and Ben. They had all been staring at them without notice.

"That's a whole lot," she remarked with a smile.

"But he never told us he was inviting the whole of Lagos," Dave said with a little anger and Amos smiled wryly.

"Shall we?" he asked , looking at them both. They acquiesced and they all walked to the table.

"Wow, wow, princess Madison, It's a pleasure to meet you" Ben said, standing up as they walked in. She smiled as they exchanged pleasantries

"She's beautiful, naturally beautiful,'' Derrick remarked, with a smile. Emilia gave him a stern look and they all laughed.

Madison sat beside Dave at the table after they had all exchanged pleasantries.

"I don't like this kind of people around me," Dave whispered to her ears as he saw different sorts of alcohol on the table and also some Cigarettes.

"I never knew he moves around with smokers," Madison whispered back

"I guess he smokes too," Dave said

"No, he won't ever dare," she whispered.

Jason looked at them from where he sat. He doesn't have an idea what they were talking about but he just hope it wasn't about him.

They all laughed and joked for a couple of minutes before Amos stood up at once. He stood still like someone who was caught up in a frenzy.

"What are you staring at?" Ben asked, looking at him surprised

Everyone turned back to look at what he was staring at.

"Alex?" Madison asked, looking at Amos angrily. She stood up and walked to welcome Alex who just came in. She was looking super hot that night, Dressed in a white short chiffon gown with white sandals to match.

*You never told me she was coming," Amos said to Jason

"I don't know, maybe she was invited by Madison" he replied

"Who's that Girl?" Derrick asked

"My long-time crush!" he said as he stood up. He dusted his suit and walked up to meet her where she was standing with Madison.

"Hey baby," he said as he smiled sheepishly. She looked at him and sighed.

"What's he doing here?" Alex asked, looking at Madison

"Jason invited him I guess," she replied

"You look so damn hot," he remarked as he scanned her body from head to toe.

"Stop fooling around, I'm taken already'' she said and waved her wedding ring over his face then walked away to join the others.

Amos stood speechless while everyone at the table laughed. He walked back slowly to his seat.

"You never told me she was married," he whispered to Jason

"I was about telling you before you went there to fool yourself" Jason said

"Are you really crushing on this girl?" Ben asked, trying to join the conversation

"Am taking what belongs to me!" Amos said confidently

"You mean a married woman belongs to you?" Derrick chipped in

"Hey, what's your business here?" he asked angrily. They all laughed which caught the attention of the others.

"Would you guys ever stop?" Emilia asked angrily

"Hey I thought we were here for something important" Dave said with a serious look on his face

"Yeah but sometimes a little sense of humor releases the stress" Ben said, pouring a drink in his glass

"So you smoke now?" Alex asked, looking at Amos who was about to light up a cigarette. He quickly shoved it away

"No baby I don't, it's for Jason" he replied

"What!" Jason yelled immediately. He looked at Madison and their eyes met.

"You're stupid" he said to Amos and They all laughed.

"So why are we here?" Dave asked again impatiently

"Well," Jason said, clearing his throat. "We are here for something important and it's about Madison and I. Our parents want us to get married in three weeks' time and so we are here to ask for ideas on how to avert this marriage"

"Well for me, still stick to what I've said before which is, " marry Madison " Amos said and everyone looked at him.

"What?" he asked with a grin

"Me too, I go with Amos," Alex added

"Wow! My crush, I can't believe that after so many years, we still connect," Amos said in excitement and everyone frowned.

"I stick to the elope plan," Ben said

"I stick to the elope plan," Dave added.

" And I stick to the elope plan," Emilia chipped in.

Jason looked at her and she turned away at once.

"What about you Derrick?" Ben asked Derrick who was busy with his phone

"I'm neutral" he replied and smiled sheepishly

"Same answers everyday," Amos said and let out a sigh.

"So, almost everyone is sticking to the elope plan, then you should all elope," Ben said as he looked at Madison and Jason who had been quiet.

"I... can't" Jason replied coldly

"What's wrong with you baby!" Emilia yelled

"We've talked about this before Emy," he said

"I don't give a damn!" she slammed.

"Madison, what do you have to say?" Alex asked, looking at her. She looked at Jason and then to Dave.

"I don't know but I don't think it's gonna work out" she said sadly

"Why?" Dave yelled. "What's wrong with both of you, if you're gonna get married then tell us and don't fool us around!" He snapped

"Love," Madison fumed at him

"Hey it's enough. Things like this require proper discussions. We can't just rush things" Amos said

"But we all know the truth. There is no way this marriage would not work without them eloping," Ben said

"We will think about it" Jason said in frustration

"There is no time," Dave cut in

"Yes baby, there is no time," Emilia added.

"He's right, we will think about it," Madison chipped in

They all kept silent for sometime.

"It's late now, gotta go," Alex said, standing up.

"Oh so true," Madison added and stood up too

"I'm going home too" Amos said and his friends looked at him

"Ain't you gonna have some girls tonight?" Ben asked

"I don't do such, remember?" Amos refuted as he looked at Alex. She chuckled and shook her head.

Everyone laughed.

"Casanova is now born again after meeting his crush!" Derrick remarked and they all laughed again.

They all walked outside the club apart from Derrick. Amos ran towards Alex who was walking ahead of him.

"Baby, did you come with a car? I would love to drop you off in my BMW," he said, smiling sedulously

"Amos, she's married! leave the girl alone," Ben urged

"I didn't come with a car, " Alex replied smiling

"Then let's go home girl…," he said excitedly.

She walked closer to him and whispered to his ears

"If you can't respect me for being married, then at least respect the baby in my womb, " she said and he shrieked backwards.

"What the fuck!!!" he exclaimed

Just then, two black Range Rovers drove by and stopped in front of them. Two security men came out from the Range rover in front and hurried off to open the second one.

A young handsome gentleman came out well dressed in a black suit and tie. He is tall, dark and huge with a long handsome face.

"Hey baby," he said, walking towards Alex who went to hug him.

"Who's this guy behind you? What does he want?" The man asked in a commanding tone as his dark eyes fixed on Amos who was standing behind Alex.

Amos froze for a while before moving away from her slowly.

Everyone else was watching and trying to hold their laughter.

"Um, he's just a clown," she replied smiling

"Hey man, what do you want from my wife! The man thundered at Amos.

"No, sir, I ... I... "he stammered. "Am just a big fan of hers, " he replied, sweating profusely

"oh, I never knew I had a celebrity wife," The man said and smiled. He pecked Alex's cheek and she smiled wryly.

"Pardon my manners" he said to everyone else.

"I'm Adrian, Alex's husband," he said smiling.

"The ruthless billionaire's son?" Emilia asked at once.

Everyone turned to look at her

"Oh, pardon my manners" she apologized as her eyes caught with Adrian's intimidating eyes on her.

He exchanged pleasantries with everyone and then he left with Alex.

"You see, she's got a billionaire husband so get the fuck off!" Madison said to Amos who was still speechless. Everyone laughed

"Next time, he's gonna chop your small head off!" Ben said, Laughing.

"I'm beginning to wonder how you finally became a big fan of your crush wow!" Emilia said laughing as she walked past him

"This is Nigeria, anything can happen, " Amos replied and they all laughed again.
