Chapter 17 Youngest Uncle
The sharp corner of the man's lips curved up in a smirk. His wolf's eyes were fixed on Kelly as if she was his prey.
He walked gracefully and slowly towards the stairs.
"What are you doing out here? You are..." Chapman held back the words at the tip of his tongue, "Seriously? Go back to your house?"
Chapman knitted his brows but couldn't disguise the concern in his eyes. There was a tinge of coldness in his stern voice.
Mush Brown, a faithful follower, and assistant stole a glance at his boss.
Anson, however, showed no intention of answering the question.
Therefore, he took the liberty to answer on behalf of his boss, "Sir, the old lady called and mentioned something urgent..." His boss was asked to go back and make a decision. Now, Anson was here to say goodbye.
Before Mush could finish his speech...
An attractive voice penetrated the cold air and dispersed slowly.
"Since we've got guests, shouldn't I greet them and show hospitality?"
Poof...
Mush almost laughed out.
Hospitality?
Come on, boss, did you even have that thing?
He looked into the sky to see if the sun rose from the west today.
Chapman's facial muscles twitched.
Although he hadn't interacted much with this son...
He knew a thing or two about him.
Obstinate and unruly by nature, Anson never cared about anyone or anything.
There and then, he talked about some damn 'hospitality'?
"Well, allow me to introduce my youngest son, Anson," Chapman said tactfully in the end.
James involuntarily pushed the gold-rimmed glasses up the bridge of his nose, and a glint flashed across his dark eyes.
Wasn't he the illegitimate son of Chapman? He was rumored and worshiped like a god!
Rumor had it that all the top tycoons in the world were his friends.
Even the head of state had met him secretly many times.
The most precious jewels in this world had to pass through his hands.
Rumor...
Seeing was believing!
He was really the best of the best!
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Kent; I'm J..." He hurriedly reached out his hand.
Anson paid no attention, bypassed him, and walked up the stairs.
From a lower position, he somehow put on defying air and walked in the direction of David.
David tried to step aside, only to find Kelly standing next to him. The disgust in his eyes was fully exposed.
At that moment, Kelly didn't have time for him.
She was struck dumb when Chapman introduced his son.
God, you favored me so much.
You arranged my rescue of Chapman and his son!
Well, it was not a big deal to save his son!
But she couldn't accept the fact that she was betrothed to Chapman's grandson and... with his son.
"Uncle!"
"Mm!"
Well, she got physical with David's youngest uncle!
Bah, bah, bah!
It was not her fault!
She was doing rescue!
It was that bastard who gave full play to his animal disposition, and she was forced...
Kelly tried to sort out the complicated relationships and then suddenly sensed something. When she abruptly lifted her head, a pair of smirking eagle's eyes were fixed on her face.
