Chapter 17 You Should Be Jealous on Appropriate Occasions
At the table.
The atmosphere was weird.
Old Mr. Longman was seated at the main seat, with Alison serving his meal. Benjamin, Nelly, and Neal were seated side by side.
Neal was a guest and should have sat opposite the host so that he could talk to him. But instead, he pretended to be ignorant and sat next to Nelly like an escort.
Benjamin stared at their interaction and was furious. Why was this little bastard so close to Nelly at dinner!
"Nelly, I want to eat shrimp," Neal said he wanted shrimp but stared at Nelly longingly.
Nelly was completely unaware that something was wrong with him, "OK, I'll get you the shrimp."
"What are you talking about!" Benjamin growled.
"I didn't ask you." Neal looked aggrieved, looking at Nelly. And his eyes were twinkling like stars.
Nelly felt softened by his gaze, so she already was going to get the shrimp without awareness.
The bamboo shrimp this year from A City was fat and sweet. And Alison knew that Neal was back, so she busily ordered the maid to take out the delicacies from the refrigerator and serve them to him.
Benjamin was furious, and the red shrimp was about to fall into Neal's plate. Unfortunately, Nelly began to peel the shrimp.
Neal was pleasantly surprised, "Nelly, you're peeling my shrimp?"
Nelly nodded, thinking to herself that Neal's hands were used in fights, and that soft shrimp in his hands might end up torn to shreds.
Rather than waste the ingredients, she'd help him with it.
Nelly had a good idea, but the others didn't agree!
Except for Neal, who was immersed in pink bubbles, and Benjamin, who was mentally unbalanced, Alison looked at them and felt uncomfortable, "Benjamin is truly unlucky to be married to a woman who doesn't know how to take care of her husband's emotions."
Nelly snickered. Hadn't she cared about him every day enough in the company? Today, as soon as he ordered her, she went shopping for sex toys to satisfy his sexual desires. There was no other wife in the world who "took care of" her husband's "health" as much as she did!
But with Old Mr. Longman present, Nelly didn't want to fight. She planned to express her displeasure tactfully. She asked Benjamin over her shoulder, "Do you need me to take care of you?"
Benjamin nodded subconsciously and then shook his head quickly. Neal was a child, but he was not! He was a grown man, so he could peel his own shrimp!
"Looks like he doesn't need it."
Nelly looked a little sad and shrugged her shoulders at Alison. What she meant was "It's not that I don't take care of him. But your son doesn't need it," and peeled the second shrimp with ease.
Benjamin continued to get irritated as he watched the glistening shrimp get stuffed into Neal's mouth again!
He threw down his chopsticks. It was so loud and almost gave Old Mr. Longman a heart attack.
Everyone was looking at him. Benjamin grumbled, "Nelly Jones, it should be fair. We'll have to split the remaining bamboo shrimp in the plate equally. Five of us will share eight equally, and you've already peeled two for Neal before, which means he can't eat anymore." If he couldn't enjoy it, no one else could!
Old Mr. Longman and Alison's mouths were agape. They doubted if this was the same wealthy Benjamin they knew?
"Forget it, Nelly!" Hiding the shrewdness in his eyes, Neal said sadly, "I'm not much of a shrimp eater anyway."
Nelly's motherly love was immediately aroused and she retorted, "Then I'll let Neal have my two."
"No way!" Benjamin pounded the table! He pounded so hard that the remaining bamboo shrimp inn the plate jumped up.
"Why? Benjamin Longman, please shut up and have your dinner. Don't be a trick-or-treater who can't get candy!" She could be louder than him!
"Let's have dinner first. You guys should talk about it when you are in your room." Finally, the Boss of the Longman spoke up, and it sounded like Old Mr. Longman was about to burst out laughing.
"OK." Nelly agreed, not wanting to talk to Benjamin either. He was alone with his anger.
Towards the end of the explosive dinner, Nelly suddenly felt a hot palm moving up her thigh. She was in shock! She glared at the evil man, but saw that he wasn't even looking at her, just eating. As if everything that was happening at the moment was her illusion.
He caught a glimpse of Nelly, who was frowning and seemed a little shy and angry.
Neal didn't know what was going on. He was about to ask her when he heard Nelly moaning.
So everyone, including Neal, froze unconsciously.
Nelly realized she was ill-mannered and quickly bit her lower lip. Her little face was redder than the shrimp on the table. Benjamin the bastard!
"What's wrong? Bad food? It looks like you shouldn't have seafood too much."
It was bad enough, but Benjamin took the opportunity to whisper languidly in Nelly's ear.
Nelly would have loved to find a crack in the ground and hide in it!
With a sharp tug, the chair behind Nelly fell to the floor. She didn't say anything and ran away.
After picking up a napkin and gracefully wiping his mouth, Benjamin smiled at the family members who had their own ideas, looking intimate and wild, "Looks like my wife is really sick. I'm going up there to care for her, so you guys enjoy your meals."
As he passed Neal, Benjamin bent down and pushed the plate with bamboo shrimp in it in front of him, "Neal, have more. These are all yours."
Inside the room.
Nelly saw her face in the mirror and stopped breathing for a moment. The flirtatious feeling was lingering around her upturned eyes now, and there was a faint mist in her eyes that were always calm. She was flirtatious, as if she could seduce any man's soul away.
Benjamin naturally saw her who was different from usual when he opened the door.
The devil!
He cursed in his mind. The desire in Benjamin's body came at him with the ferocity of a wild animal.
"How did you get in here! Didn't I lock the door?"
Nelly quickly saw him in the mirror. Panicked, she turned around and stood against the wall.
Obviously, having just experienced the awkwardness at the table, Nelly was not ready for the lust-filled Benjamin.
Benjamin jangled his chain of keys and stared aggressively at the bewildered kitten not far away, "I own the whole Longman's villa. You think I can't do anything about it if you lock the door?"
A sense of foreboding spread in her mind. Nelly suppressed the urge to run away, "What do you want?"
Benjamin narrowed his eyes. His gaze methodically cutting across Nelly's perfect body like a knife. His expression was calm, but sounded very wicked, "What do you think?"
