Chapter 4 You Are a Woman in the First Place

Sheldon strode into the ward with porridge bought for Christine in hand. He looked at Kevin and his parents, and the expression on his face was devoid of any warmth. "Did you just say that you want to have my child aborted? Have I allowed that?"

Hank hurried to answer, "Mr. Collins, this woman is Kevin's wife. She seduced you and disgraced the Lee Family. I don't think the Collins Family will accept her either. How can such a woman be allowed to give birth to the child?"

Although Sheldon was a junior who was much younger than him, Hank was still stunned by the former's powerful vibe, and his tone of voice was cautious.

Sheldon sneered. "She seduced me? What has that to do with you? Did she seduce you?"

Clare chimed in anxiously, "Mr. Collins, we are saying this for your own good. Christine is indeed Kevin's wife. How can she be pregnant with your child?"

Sheldon, however, revealed a cold smile, saying, "Let them divorce. Then she will not be his wife anymore."

Hand and Clare looked at each other and did not know what to say.

""Mom and Dad, why don't you excuse us for a moment? I have something to talk to Mr. Collins and Christine." Judging from Sheldon's words, Kevin thought there was a chance for him to fulfill his wishes and sent his parents away without any hesitation.

When they were only Christine, Sheldon, and himself in the ward, Kevin said to the other man, "Mr. Collins, as long as Christine nods in agreement, I'll divorce her in no time. We've got married for two months, but we've never had sex with each other. You're her first man."

On the night of their wedding, Christine received an urgent call from her company. As a result, they did not have sex back then. When she returned from a business trip, however, Kevin was somewhere else.

Besides, Kevin had decided to send the woman to Sheldon as a gift, so he dared not touch her before Sheldon got sick of her.

Therefore, Sheldon was undoubtedly Christine's first man.

Christine clenched her hands into fists, itching to rip Kevin apart!

With a somewhat interested and frosty look in his eyes, Sheldon cast a glance at Christine and Kevin, and then said to the man, "Get lost!"

His volume was not loud, but his tone was irresistible.

Kevin somehow summoned his courage to say, "Mr. Collins. Christine is pregnant with your child. I was trying hard to convince her to give birth to this kid. Honestly, I am the victim of this marriage. So, I was wondering..."

Sheldon said in an impatient tone of voice as if he was driving a fly away, "I'll promote you to the general manager of Star Glory Entertainment."

"That'll be great. Then I'll leave you two to it. Take your time. I'll get back home to prepare the materials for the divorce right away."

With his purpose accomplished, Kevin left the ward swiftly.

After placing the porridge on the table, Sheldon walked over to Christine.

Christine looked at the man in his eyes and said in an obstinate voice with hatred, "I won't divorce."

In fact, Christine had only met Sheldon once at her wedding. However, the horrifying vibe he was giving off made her feel hard to say no to him.

"Bang!" Sheldon kicked away the stool Kevin had just sat on with disgust, leaned in closer to Christine, grabbed her shoulders, looked into her eyes, and asked, "Are you still unwilling to leave your husband? Don't forget that it's him who sent you to bed that night."

Christine answered with a sneer, "Yes, Kevin is a shameless piece of trash, but you're no nicer than him. Otherwise, you wouldn't have slept with the wife of one of your subordinates."

At her words, Sheldon furrowed his brows as if he was contemplating something. After a moment, he said, "That night, you were too passionate and aggressive, and I couldn't help myself."

That night, that room was sprayed with a particular perfume. By the time Sheldon noticed the difference, he could no longer contain his inner desires. Besides, he thought that Christine was voluntary back then.

However, though Sheldon was just telling the truth, his words made Christine's face blush all over. "How could the man say something so shameless?" The woman wondered.

Feeling incredibly ashamed, she rebuked, "I'm a married woman. Didn't you feel yourself disgusting when you're doing something like that to me?"

Sheldon said, "It's true that you're married, but you're a woman in the first place."

"Shameless!" Due to her anger, Christine's petite figure was shaking, and her lips were pale.
