Chapter 6 Quite Dangerous And Tough People.

Allen wore the dark suit he often wore with one hand in his pocket. He stood calmly in front of the French window.

The blinding sunlight fell on his shoulders in a captivating glow, a nobility that emanated from him.

"Allen," Sherry took off her sunglasses and walked over with a gentle smile, "You came to see Kevin too?"

After hearing that, the handsome man at the French window turned around indifferently.

Allen looked calmly at Sherry, "He's doing rehab today, so you probably won't see him."

Sherry nodded gently, and then she looked to the nurse next to her, "Tell Kevin that I'll be back here next week at the same time!"

"Okay, Miss Ella!" a nurse replied with a smile.

"You don't seem to arrive by car." Allen bowed his noble head slightly, looked at the watch on his hand, and then he looked at Sherry, "Where do you want to go? I'll drive you."

Sherry pretended to think seriously for a few seconds And then a smile appeared on her stunningly gorgeous face, "Then I'd appreciate a ride to the SenWell Hotel!"

Allen looked changed. He didn't ask any more questions and headed straight for the open door.

Sherry followed him and always kept a meter's distance from him.

The two persons in the back seats remained silent in unison throughout the journey.

Jim, who was sitting in the driver's seat, looked up from time to time in the rear-view mirror to see the two people, but he did not dare to say anything more.

As the car reached the front of the hotel, Sherry thanked Allen politely and entered the hotel.

Sherry's best friend Eva Thomas was an outstanding wedding dress designer. Today on SenWell Hotel's Concentric Lake a big wedding was about to be held. And the bride was wearing the wedding dress she designed.

The melodious sound of a cello floated over the lawn as guests, flower children, officiants, and pastors sat in white seats...

"You came here in Allen Cook's car?" Eva crossed her arms over her chest and frowned at Sherry sitting next to her as she looked ahead at the wedding scene.

Sherry played with the sunglasses in her hands, raised her thin eyebrows, and suddenly curled up her red lips, "It got to you so quickly?"

"There is no impermeable wall! Not to mention who is Allen Cook? He's the chief heir to the Cook Group, and the new president of SenWell! Wall Street has nothing less to say about him than you do! You were involved in a lot of trouble by marrying Kevin Cook. As long as you're divorced, you're still free! But Allen Cook isn't Kevin Cook; he's a pretty dangerous and tough guy. If you mess with him, you can't imagine the consequences!"

Eva Thomas looked very worried and advised her patiently.

"What if..." hearing this, Sherry suddenly smiled amorously. She leaned lightly against the back of the chair, "What if I'm in love with him?"

Eva snickered and began to be sarcastic, "You're as born without a heart as an onion... Kevin Cook loves you so much, and he doesn't impress you?"

"What if, Allen Cook falls in love with me?" Sherry looked askance at her with bright eyes.

Eva frowned immediately and got serious, "Listen to me, stay away from him!"

"Alright, don't worry! So far, I haven't tried to hit on Allen Cook!" Sherry raised her thin eyebrows at her playfully. She got up and put on her sunglasses and looked over at Eva, "I'd better go. Contact me if you need anything!"

Eva sighed, looking at her sapphire blue slender back as she gracefully crossed the lawn, drawing the attention of many people at the wedding from time to time.
