"Aunt? Whose aunt?" Bess looked at Aanisah in doubt, and then turned to the man who looked quite powerful beside her. For a moment, she didn't understand what they were talking about.

But, why had she somehow heard the name of her future son-in-law?

When Bess was about to ask about the details, her phone rang.

"Mom!" Peggy was about to collapse on the phone, "I'm going crazy!"

"What's the matter? What happened? It's your big day. If you have something to say, take your time." As soon as Bess heard her daughter's voice, she had no time to deal with Aanisah's relationship with that man, let alone Aanisah's being Johnny's aunt.

When Bess answered the phone, the man who had gone through the procedures came back.

"Mr. Wood, it's all done." He handed a kraft paper bag to Andrew, raised the corner of his lips slightly when he glanced at Aanisah, and then nodded friendly.

Aanisah was taken aback for a moment, then she reached out to pick up the bag, "Thank you, give me the certificates..."

"I'm afraid there are things you may not want to see right now." Andrew glanced into the bag, then smiled intently, "I will return it to you later."

"These are mine. Why can't I have a look?" Aanisah frowned, but then she realized another problem, "Even it is the divorce certificate, I won't be scared. I can bear it. Just give it to me!"

"I'm afraid that you can't stand it! I mean it!" Andrew smiled, then handed the kraft paper bag back to the man next to him, and said, "Wade, go drive the car. I'll leave the stuff to you for the time being. Come see me with your head if you lose them!"

"Yes, sir!"

"Why do you hold my documents? I..."

"Aanisah, you went to the engagement set to make trouble?" Bess's voice suddenly interrupted Aanisah's words. She rushed over like she was crazy, grabbed Aanisah's hair, and reached out to slap her face.

Aanisah hid back reflexively and also waited for the hand to land on her face reflexively.
