Chapter 9 I Feel Sorry For You.

Even a bold girl like Winifred would feel afraid at the sight of the fuming Wilfred.

He had the style of a king and seemed unapproachable.

Back at the villa, the chill on Wilfred didn't subside, and he slammed the door heavily.

Mrs. Brown already knew what had happened when she saw the expression on Wilfred's face.

She had worked in his house since Wilfred was a child. Over all these years, Wilfred had never brought any girl back for the night. There were many women who chased him, but he ignored them all.

This morning, Mrs. Brown saw Wilfred's long-lost smile.

It was a smile that came from the bottom of his heart. However, this kind of smile was something she hadn't seen since Wilfred's mother passed away.

Finally, someone was able to be close to him. Mrs. Brown felt inexplicably relieved.

Mrs. Brown brought a cup of tea and walked towards Wilfred's room.

"Sir, have a cup of tea and relax." Mrs. Brown said slowly.

Mrs. Brown had accompanied Wilfred for more than ten years, so he already treated her as a family member.

If anyone else came in, Wilfred would have kicked him out immediately.

"Sir, be gentle with the girl. Miss Lewis walked in a strange manner today." Mrs. Brown knew that Wilfred had never met a woman before and didn't know how to please a woman, so she patiently advised him.

"Gentle?" Wilfred muttered. He never knew what tenderness was. He would plunder and possess whatever he liked, and only by holding it in his hands would he feel secure.

It was with Wilfred's dominance that the Scott Group could become one of the top groups in the country in a short period of time, with assets of over 100 billion.

"Sir, take it easy. Miss Lewis will understand your true feelings." Mrs. Brown said and left.

In the midst of the smoke, the man's face was icy cold. He looked far away thoughtfully.

Wilfred couldn't sleep, and what he thought of was the way the woman slept peacefully in his arms last night. He lay tossing and turning on the bed as if the aroma of Ashley was in the blanket.

He sat up and walked dozens of circles around the bed. He felt it wasn't enough and took another cold shower.

"Ashley Lewis, I'll see how long you can escape."

It was a long night, and Wilfred recalled the details of last night until the early in the morning before he fell asleep.

Ashley went straight to her dormitory. All sorts of junk on her bed was like a hill.

"Wow, what brings you here today, my lady?" An old employee was very unwelcoming to Ashley.

Because the dormitory was very crowded, with limited space for each person, Ashley didn't live here for a long time, so her bed became communal.

"Please take away your things. I'll stay here for a few days." Ashley said quite politely.

"There's so much stuff. We'll pack it up some other time. You make a bed on the floor today." An employee glanced at Ashley.

The others didn't want to pack it up either.

Since it was an absolutely massive project to move the luggage, they had worked all day and didn't want to take action.

It wasn't just one person's stuff on the bed anyway, and they didn't think Ashley would dare to lose her temper because she would be the enemy of everyone if she did that.

So none of them took the initiative to pack up their things. They were busy with their own things. Some were shopping online; some were playing games; some were watching TV shows and laughing out loud.

At this point, Ashley was like the air.

Ashley couldn't stand it. They really thought she was a kitty if she didn't give them a lesson!

She quickly opened the window and threw out the things on the bed one by one.

"Ashley Lewis, what are you doing?" They all flew over to the window as they saw their things being thrown out through it.

"Just clearing out the junk. Don't you guys want this stuff already?" Ashley ignored them and continued to throw out things that didn't belong to her.

"Are you crazy?"

Ashley continued to ignore them.

Everyone scurried to her. Some even closed the windows.

They didn't expect that Ashley, who was usually amiable, to be so aggressive.

Seeing that it was time to turn out the lights, everyone removed their personal belongings from Ashley's bed.

Ashley smiled disdainfully at the sight of them packing. It was true that just giving in wouldn't solve all problems.

She'd known that from the night she'd been drugged.

Now she would show her sharp claws and never give anyone the chance to bully her.

All the things were packed up, and it was already late at night.

Ashley turned on her phone, wanting to ask about Winifred's situation.

As soon as she turned on the phone, she received dozens of messages.

"Ash, fortunately, you escaped quickly, or you would have been captured by the demon. I feel sorry for you."

"Ash, take care of yourself. There's nothing I can do to you..."

"Ash, you have to be good. Love you, kiss."

There was a strange message among them, "Even if you run away to the end of the world, I'll get you back! And I'll do you until you dare not run away!"

Ashley couldn't help but shudder.
