Terms of Service
This Software Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) is a valid contract between Hong Kong Jiangmen Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangmen Technology”) and you regarding the installation, use and related matters of “Fasynovel” software (hereinafter referred to as “Fasynovel” or “we”). By clicking to confirm the Terms or choose to accept the Terms by other means, you have reached an agreement with Jiangmen Technology and agree to accept all of the following Terms.
I. Service Overview
Please be sure to read and understand all the rights and restrictions set forth in the Terms. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using Fasynovel, your acceptance of the Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms. You must ensure that you obtain the product from the sites specified by Jiangmen Technology and the medias released by Jiangmen Technology, otherwise we will not be responsible for any possible risks and losses.
II. Service Content
1.The specific content of Fasynovel service is provided by the software according to the actual situation, including literature reading, forum (BBS), chat room, email, news commentary, etc. Fasynovel reserves the right to change, discontinue or terminate some or all of the network services at any time.
2.Fasynovel may charge a certain fee to users of some network services (such as VIP works) when providing network services. In this case, Fasynovel will make a clear prompt on the relevant pages. If the user refuses to pay the fee, the relevant network service cannot be used.
3.Users shall understand that Fasynovel only provides related network services.The additional relevant network service of related devices (such as mobile terminals, modems and other Internet-related devices) and the required fees (such as telephone and internet charges for access to Internet ) should be borne by the user.
III. User Notice
1. You may need to log in with a third-party account (such as Google, Twitter, Facebook account) when using some services of Fasynovel.
2.Fasynovel reminds you that you should keep your account and password safe. When you are done using it, you should log out safely. You are liable for account or password theft due to improper storage.
3.It is recommended that the password you use should contain at least three of the following four types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols on the keyboard. If the password you set is too simple, your account or password will be stolen and you are responsible for it. For any account security, privacy protection and other issues not caused by the unilateral reasons of Fasynovel, we are not liable for any incurred loss.
4.You shall be responsible for the custody of the account and shall be fully responsible for all activities under your account. You must pay attention to Fasynovel account protection.
IV.Privacy Protection
1.Fasynovel promises to take necessary steps to protect the security of your personal data and private information stored on the Fasynovel server.
2.Except as provided in the Terms and Privacy Policy, we guarantee that we will not disclose or provide, disclose or share your personal data and private information to third parties.
3.Our disclosure of your personal data and private information will not be considered a breach of contract in the following circumstances, including:
(1) We have obtained your explicit authorization;
(2) We have a disclosure obligation in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations;
(3) The judicial or administrative agency requires Fasynovel based on legal procedures;
(4) To protect the public interest and the legitimate interest of Fasynovel, we disclose within a reasonable range.

The content provided on this site has legal copyright or has obtained legal authorization and sub-authorization from legal copyright holders. The risks and all the consequences due to the use of the software and related services will be entirely borne by the user. Jiangmen Technology will not be held responsible.
2.The software has been thoroughly tested, but it is not guaranteed to be fully compatible with all software and hardware systems. There is no guarantee that the software will be completely error free. In the event of incompatibility and software errors, the user can call customer service or email us to get technical support. If the compatibility issue cannot be resolved, the user can delete the software.
3.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for damages and risks arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to direct or indirect personal damage, loss of commercial profit, trade interruption, loss of commercial information or any other economic loss, Jiangmen Technology does not assume any responsibility.
4.Jiangmen Technology will not be responsible for any losses caused by telecommunication system or Internet network failure, mobile phone failure or virus, information damage or loss, mobile phone system problems or any other force majeure.
5.If the user violates the provisions of the Terms and causes damage to Jiangmen Technology, Jiangmen Technology has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, discontinuing the use of the license, stopping the provision of services, restricting the use, and legal investigation.
VII. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
1.You should abide by relevant local laws and regulations and respect local ethics and customs during the use of this service. If your actions violate local laws and regulations or ethical customs, you should be solely responsible for this.
2.If your country or region prohibits or restricts all or part of the contents of the Terms, you should immediately stop using the service.
3.You should avoid involving Jiangmen Technology in political and public affairs because of the use of this service, otherwise we have the right to suspend or terminate your service.
VIII. Effectiveness and Change of the Terms
Fasynovel reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, and in the event of a change in the Terms, we will prompt the modification on the relevant pages; if you do not agree to the modification of the Terms, you should immediately stop using the Fasynovel service; if you continue to use the Fasynovel service after changes to the Terms, you are deemed to have accepted and are willing to comply with the modifications of the Terms.
IX. Change, Discontinuation and Termination of services
1.The service provided by Fasynovel may be discontinued or at risk of failure to meet your requirements due to factors such as force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, your location, communication line, self-operating adjustment, partner adjustment, etc.
2.Fasynovel may change, discontinue or terminate some or all of the services at any time without further notice to you. Please be sure to back up your data stored on the Fasynovel network service regularly to avoid loss.
3.If you want to use the services provided by Fasynovel, you must bear the above risks. Fasynovel will not be liable for any damage suffered by you or any third party.
X. Legal Application and Dispute Resolution
1. The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to the principle of conflict of laws.
2. All disputes arising from or relating to the Terms shall be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties. If no negotiation is reached, you and Fasynovel agree that every dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration.
3. Any arbitration between you and Fasynovel will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the Administrative Arbitration Rules of the HKIAC in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The HKIAC rules and filling forms are available online at www.hkiac.org, by calling the HKIAC at (+852) 2525-2381, or by contacting Fasynovel.
XI. Terms of Use for Minors
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the service; and (c) your registration and your use of the service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.
XII. Others
1.If any provision of the Terms is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or is in violation of any applicable law, the provision is deemed to be deleted, but the remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in force and have Binding force.
2.Jiangmen Technology has the right to modify the Terms at any time in accordance with changes in relevant laws and regulations, as well as adjustments in the company's operating conditions and business strategies. The revised Terms will be accompanied by a new version of the software release. In the event of a dispute, the latest Terms text shall prevail. If you do not agree to the changes, you can delete the software yourself. If the user continues to use the software, you are deemed to have accepted the changes to the Terms.
3.Jiangmen Technology has the right to interpret and modify the Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
