Chapter 59 - Amal
Amal walked out of the washrooms feeling a little bit happy. He was satisfied and was sure everything was going to work well with Sham but he wasn't sure. Sham closed her suitcase then placed it down and started to move heading to the living room. Amal watched her as he followed closely. He didn't want to let her go so when he noticed she had made up her mind to go, he hurriedly stopped her and stood at the door. Sham looked at him coldly, she was still pretty and her cold eyes looked even more marvelous that way. He had never seen her that angry and mad but all he knew was Sham was his and he wasn't ready to let her go just like that. "Get out of my way Amal!" She said with a sharp tone. Amal stood still,he was taller and stronger and so Sham couldn't dare push him off. "I want to know the truth right now, do you love me Sham?" Amal asked. Sham cold look became deep and she felt like hitting his face. She wasn't in the mood for such questions and talks. She was tired, tired of having to face all she had faced and she needed a break to just think and come back better. "Answer me!" Amal said giving her a cold look too. Sham easened up and sighed. "I don't want to talk about this right now Amal, I just want to leave."
"Leave me, here, alone, of course not I want to be with you and you promised to be with me in all times. Look Sham I maybe did a mistake, I got drunk and she took....." Before Amal could finish his statement Sham slapped him. Amal was shocked and he breathed. He never expected such from her. Tears ran down Sham's cheeks and he was now confused. 'She just slapped me and now she's crying.' He thought. Shortly she hugged him. "Why were you drunk, why do you make me feel this way Amal, I just want to be happy that's all I need." She said. Amal hesistantly held him on his chest and her head laid on his chest. He felt the cold tears touching his skin and he he didn't know what to say. Then she raised herself from his arms. "Being drunk is not an excuse Amal, all I need is you to think. I am giving us a break, I'll be off for a week or two, at my mum's place and that will make you think if you still want to be manipulated by Jecinta's words on me." She said then held her suitcase to leave. "Please excuse me." She said politely wiping her tears. Amal was silent and kept watching her without moving an inch. "I love you Sham, I'm certain I don't need a break please just let me be with you."
"If you don't get out of the way I will do something crazy Amal, please."
"Do it!" Amal said and Sham gave him a sharp look. Shortly Jecinta walked into the living room and stood watching them. Amal watched her. "Let her leave Amal, she doesn't love and she's just walking out of your life, you should be happy." Jecinta said. Amal looked at him coldly. She then moved closer and sat on the couch. "Get the hell out of the way!" Sham said. Amal felt helpless so he just moved and watched Sham walk out of his house and leaving him. She had made up her mind but there was hope, at least he knew where she would be.
