Chapter 57 Your ex—husband is looking at you
Lewis Eudora didn't want this matter and stood out to say, "Mr. Davis, please."
Ellison Davis didn't say anything, but held Sage Eudora's hand and followed him inside.
It was rare for Ellison Davis to appear, and many people wanted to step forward and say a few words with him, but few dared to do so.
She was the adopted daughter of the Eudora Family, and two months ago she was the daughter—in—law of the Simmons Family.
Today, she was led in by Ellison Davis.
No matter what, she was embarrassed today. The only thing that could make her less awkward was to shut up.
Carman Simmons immediately placed his focus on Ellison Davis. Apart from saying a few words, he would only casually snort one or two times in reply no matter what Carman Simmons said.
Gradually, Carman Simmons also gave up. Looking at Ellison Davis's cold face, he didn't dare to say anything and could only say a few polite words before leaving.
Sage Eudora watched as Carman Simmons left before letting out a sigh of relief.
Ellison Davis suddenly opened his mouth, "Your ex—husband is looking at you."
Hearing his words, Sage Eudora unconsciously looked in the direction of Ellison Davis.
Kyrie Simmons was sitting not far away from her, fiercely glaring at her from her wheelchair. Sage Eudora froze for a moment, before she subconsciously hid behind Ellison Davis.
Queenie Eudora followed Kyrie Simmons's sight, only to realize that he was actually looking at Sage.
She mockingly smiled as she carried the red wine to the side of Kyrie Simmons's wheelchair. "Young Master Simmons, you can't even keep your own wife in your arms. May I ask what your thoughts are now?"
Hearing Queenie Eudora's words, Kyrie Simmons's face turned even darker. He turned his head to Queenie Eudora and said, "Do you think you're any better than a single hair on Sage Eudora's head, Queenie Eudora?!"
How could Queenie Eudora endure his words? She immediately became angry, raised her hand, and threw her wine cup on the ground. "Kyrie Simmons, what do you mean by this?"
"Miss Eudora, it's my father's 60th birthday today. Please take note of this!"
After saying that, Kyrie Simmons pushed his wheelchair and left.
The surrounding people looked at Queenie Eudora. All of them lowered their heads and chanted.
Queenie Eudora listened with her face turning green.
She turned her head to look at Sage Eudora who was standing beside Ellison Davis, gritting her teeth, "Sage Eudora, what's so good about you!" Saying that, she lifted her leg and walked towards Sage Eudora and Ellison Davis.
Sage Eudora saw Queenie walking over and subconsciously frowned.
Ellison Davis suddenly let her hands free, "You stay here for a while."
As he spoke, he suddenly turned around and left.
Sage Eudora subconsciously stretched out her hand to catch him, "President Davis—"
He looked down at her.
His voice was very light, but the words that came out were unmistakably forceful.
Her hand shook a little, but she let it go in the end.
Sage Eudora watched as Ellison Davis walked away. She didn't know why, but she felt an indescribable sense of loss in her heart.
Soon, Queenie Eudora walked in front of her and pulled her back, "Sage Eudora, why haven't we seen each other for a few days? You don't even know your own sister?"
Sage Eudora raised her hand to push her hand, "Let go of me."
"Kyrie Simmons is here as well. Why? Aren't you going to reminisce about old times?"
Hearing Kyrie Simmons's name, Sage Eudora hurriedly shook his head, "I'm not going. Let me go."
Queenie Eudora ignored her and dragged her along.
Sage Eudora raised her hand to break off her hand, "Let go of me, I'm not going!"
But her voice was not intimidating at all, Queenie Eudora directly dragged her to the second floor.
