Chapter 54 I didn't say I wouldn't let you paint me

Sage lowered her head to look at her brush held in his hands, with her fingers frozen and trembling from time to time.

Seeing that she didn't move, Ellison Davis opened his mouth and called out to her, "Sage Eudora?"

She trembled and reached for her brush.

She tilted her head and looked at Ellison Davis, her eyes turning red. "President Davis, I —"

He was standing right in front of her, so how could she continue drawing?

In the end, as if he didn't understand what she meant, he sat down on the sofa beside her and said, "Draw."

Sage Eudora's hand holding the paintbrush kept shaking. Even after a stalemate of almost five minutes, she was still unable to move her hand. She couldn't even draw a single line.

She couldn't help but turn her head to look at him, "Mr. Davis, I, I can't draw any more."

"Why?"

"I'm right in front of you," he said. "Isn't it easier to write?"

Sage Eudora pursed her lips, "I was wrong, Mr. Davis."

"I didn't say I wouldn't let you draw me."

As he said this, he paused for a moment before continuing, "Sage Eudora, one must have an ending to begin with."

His words were obviously meant for her.

Sage Eudora stared at him for a while. Finally, unable to hold on any longer, she looked away and looked at the drawing board in front of her.

She had drawn the sky at the beginning, and when she was distracted she had accidentally painted Ellison Davis's face.

She pursed her lips and forced herself to finish.

The sky had already begun to darken. She tilted her head to look at Ellison Davis, who was sitting on the sofa.

He leaned against the sofa with his eyes closed. It was unknown if he was dozing off or had already fallen asleep.

She looked down at the almost finished painting, wondering if she should paint it.

Ellison Davis suddenly opened his eyes.

He looked at her, got up and walked over to her.

The man's voice seemed to carry a heavy weight. Sage Eudora's hand trembled a little, and could only pick up the pigment to color it.

An hour later, the light from the outside spread over in a large area.

Sage Eudora looked at the lecherous painting, and turned her head to look at Ellison Davis, "Mr. Davis, I have done all of them."

He looked at it for a moment, then looked at her face. "There's a party tonight."

In the meantime, he got up and left.

Sage Eudora let out a breath of relief. Just as she was about to pack up his tools, Ellison Davis suddenly turned his head and looked at her, "Put it on the desk after drawing it."

He raised his hand to open the door and walked out.

Sage Eudora's hand that was holding the pigment paused, her eyes fell on the painting in front of her, and she couldn't help but frown.

To be fair, Ellison Davis forced her to draw it.

In such a tense situation, she sketched a little.

Although the painting was colored later on, it was actually not very good. She didn't know why Ellison Davis would keep the painting.

She didn't understand, probably because after living for so long. This was the first time someone dared to draw him.

Sage Eudora pursed her lips, retracted her thoughts, and began to pack her things.

She still remembered what Ellison Davis said before he left. There was a banquet tonight.

Ellison Davis naturally wouldn't intentionally say this to her. Since he said this, it was obvious that he was prepared to bring her to this banquet.

Sage Eudora finished washing her paintbrush. It was already 15 minutes later. The wind on the balcony was strong and the paint was completely dry. If she didn't use her hands to rub it, she wouldn't be able to get it off.

She took the painting off the board and placed it on the desk as Ellison Davis instructed.

The sky was dark then.

She checked the time. It was seven o'clock.
