After measuring all my purchases I picked up Levi at the daycare.

"Mom!" He calls me when he comes out of daycare. He ran towards me and I immediately went down to his level to hug him.

"Levi!" I spoke his name. "What did you do today?" I smiled at the question.

"We played, mom. It's really fun! " he pointed at the  daycare. I saw his teacher smiling at the two of us.

"You come back here every day so you're always happy," I said. "Do you have any new friends?" I still ask.

"Everyone wanted me to be friends with them, mommy." He even scratched his head so I smiled even more. "Mom, I have a secret," he added in a whisper.

"All right, what's it?" I whispered too. I put my ear to him. He whispered loudly.

"Jillian the bear kissed me," he said even though he was close to my ear, other parents and children who passed by heard him.

Suddenly the beautiful girl stopped walking holding her mom's hand.

"Why do you keep calling me Jillian the bear ?!" The little girl shrieked at Levi's side. "My name is Jillian without the bear!" She shouted and then she walked away with her mom.

"Mom, you know Jillian the bear is naughty. She keeps kissing me, "Levi said poutily.

"Why don't you wanna be friends with Jillian?" I asked him.

"Because she said she wanted me to be her boyfriend. I don't like her because she's noisy," Levi replied.

"Just try to be friends with her. She looks kind for me, "I said with a smile

"No! I do not want!" Levi exclaimed and then he marched away from me so I followed him.

"Levi, wait!" I chased him. When I chased him I grabbed his small hand and started walking back out of the unit. It's just because it's nearby.

I rested, fed, bathed and then I put Levi to sleep. When I saw that he was sound asleep, I went to the living room with my laptop. I put on my eyeglasses and tried to search Cole on the internet again, until I got cold because I was wearing only a white shirt and no bra. I fell asleep too.

It took me two hours but I really saw nothing. Anything is obviously fake and he is not the one in the picture.

I lost hope of being able to prepare for what kind of person I would face tomorrow.

""I said to myself and then I just went to sleep. I already know what I'm going to do because I've already thought of a plan.

The next day, I took Levi to the daycare. I returned to the unit to prepare.

I first looked at the full length mirror in the walk in closet and my gaze hovered over my whole being.

"I should look presentable," I said to myself in the mirror.

I scanned the clothes, bags, and shoes I bought yesterday.

I'm going to wear a dress today.

I took a shower and cleaned myself up. I wore natural look makeup and then I wore my expensive clothes and then I took out my tote bag. I never thought I could pull off such a garment. I looked so expensive and glamorous. I haven't lost my red stilletos.

When I finished prepping myself, I went to the car parked in the basement of the building. As I was driving and approaching the tall building of the Glasglow Enterprise, that's when my heart starts to pound in my chest.

"I'm really gonna do this. There's no turning back, "I said to myself. I didn't forget my sunglasses.

Upon arrival I entered the car in the basement of the Glasglow Enterprise building and parked there. I entered the elevator and according to Lucille's email I should go straight to the last floor of the Glasglow Enterprise building. I hit the hundredth floor and as I climbed, I seemed to be fainting from nervousness. The cold makes me sweat and my heart is pounding.

The elevator stopped on the sixtieth floor and the door opened but no one was there. I pressed the close button and before it could close completely a man's hand entered and blocked it from closing.

The door opened and my mouth dropped open as a tall, elegant, handsome man in a black american suit entered the elevator.

He glanced at me and even though I was wearing sunglasses I looked away. He was close to the floor buttons and when he found the hundredth floor he didn't bother to press it because that's where he was going.

Wait..

Is he... Cole Smith?

I held on to the pipe that held the elevator. My body is weakening with extreme nervousness. Why did I agree to this job! I couldn't believe he is too handsome!

A few more seconds passed and the elevator rang. The door opened and the handsome man faced me. His brown hair made him look like a handsome drawing turned human. It has a sharpness and is also white.

I was surprised because he was staring at me as if he was waiting for me.

"C-can I help you?" I stuttered.

"Don't you want to go out?" He asked with brows furrowed. "After you," he said gesturing his hand.

I want the earth to devour me because of my behavior. I lost my poise because of his stare at me.

"Oh .. yeah," I laughed a little and was obviously still nervous. I'm already devaluing myself because my award in the elevator was so epic fail.

When I came out, the man also came out. He walked passed me. I followed him because I didn't know where the CEO's office was.

I just continued following behind the man in the wide hallway.

I saw the man enter the farthest door and when the door closed I ran towards it.

I read the sign above the door. Office of the CEO.

Shit ..

Unconsciously I covered my mouth. Isn't he ... isn't he the CEO? The man is still young and he looks like he's just around my age.

My eyes widened when I realized what I was thinking.

"Is he ... Cole?"

The man came out again and I was surprised at what happened. I leaned against the wall and my back hit a large picture frame. The man looked at us quickly. We both looked up because I was afraid I might break it. When I saw it was still hanging I breathed a sigh of relief. I grabbed my chest and took a deep breath.

"What are you doing here?" I came back to reality when the man spoke. I quickly looked at him and gave him a nervous smile.

"Hi .. uh .. what .. I'm looking for Cole," I said.

"Why?" The man asked. He tilted his head and my presence was obviously questionable for him. This is not good.

I closed my eyes firmly while I was still wearing my sunglasses. I calmed myself down and thought it was my job and I had to make it done. I removed my sunglasses and smiled at the man.

"I'm sorry for the disturbance," I began. I made sure I was elegant and classy.

"Why are you here? Anyone without an appointment is not allowed here, "he said simply. This guy is cool and chill. The former makes his attitude even stronger because he is like that.

"Ah, no one even told me that it is forbidden to have no appointment here. I'm actually uh .. going to make an appointment to see Cole Smith. " I gave the man a simple smile.

The man frowned and stared at me. I looked away because of the way he was staring at me.

"He's not here. Why are you looking for him? " The man asked as if he was investigating me.

"Wait, you are an employee here, aren't you? Can you tell me where the CEO is? " I returned the question to him. The man looked at me nicely.

"Cole is not the CEO yet. How did you meet him? Nobody knows about Cole here except for me, "the man suspected. It slowly approached me and I backed away slowly, until I leaned against the large picture frame again. The man cornered me with one of his hands.

"Who. Are. You? " The man is looking straight in my eyes.

I'm dying in my mind because I'm panicking. F*ck, Lois! Think of a way!

"I-I'm ..." I couldn't continue what I was saying because the man's face was so close to mine.

When he noticed that the elevator opened in the distance, his eyes moved and he looked there and then back at me again. He pulled away from me when another male employee noticed us and entered an office.

"I need to know your name and your reason for coming here." He pulled my hand away and entered the office of the CEO.

Upon entering, the office is very spacious and the view is very beautiful because of its glass wall. There are also paintings on the wall.

I was surprised when the man leaned me against the wall.

"Who are you?"

"Wait, you're an employee here, aren't you? Why are you treating a visitor like me like this? " I returned the question to him.

"I'm not just an employee here, miss," he said.

"Then, who are you?" I ask. I can't just shake this man. "I can charge you with the harassment you are doing to me," I threatened.

"I can also charge you with trespassing," he returned to me and I could not speak. "Tell me. Who are you? "

"I don't have to prolong this. I'm looking for that man because .. I'm a client. I'm planning on buying supplies from Glasglow Enterprise. I like the quality of your work, "I said.

"And did you really go straight to Cole?" He asked suspiciously. Suddenly I pushed him away.

"Wait. I didn't come here for you to scold me. Who are you?" I asked irritated. It's only now that I realize that he has been teasing me for being so suspicious.

"Who am I? I'm Rex Peters. I'm Cole's best friend. I'm the acting CEO of Glasglow Enterprise. "

My mouth dropped open at what I heard. My tongue seemed to recede as he spoke those words.
