Epilogue

It was late, and after an hour of steady crying, Ray was finally asleep in his crib. Sophia tiptoed from his nursery and back to the bedroom where Darvis was stretched out on the bed with his laptop.

“Is he asleep?” he asked, setting the computer aside.

“Fina
