SEVEN

"You are now sentenced to death Angel Seven and we have decided to send you into your end, the realm of the devils. Blessed you, now sleep."

Those were the last words that I have heard before I see myself dressed in a black suit, I was all in black and I even have a weird hat. I was sentenced to death huh, how ironic are those sentences that they had told me.

It is like I am living in a fantasy book. Like in heaven I was all dressed in white, suit in white and in hell where devils are you are dressed in black. What is this? A kind of manga novels for young readers? And I even have a weird hat. Is this even necessary to wear? I frowned as I look at the hat that I am holding. It looks silly but as to what the head told me it will be useful for us. It will makes us however invisible into the naked eye of the people if we wish to. But for me, what for? And I also notice myself, I act like a nasty one now. Why am I so stubborn? I am not like this before I was up there.

I look up and saw nothing, only dark hole that looks like infinity because you can't see the limit of it, the reach of it.

I was startled when someone speak behind me which cause me to glance who it is. But as I look at him, it became familiar. He was also an angel , I saw him before. He was a senior of mine but as I saw him that was then he was sending also here. Well, here I am now maybe I am done talking to him huh, yeah right.

"Maybe you are here because you broke a rule right? Up there, there are lot of rules. Lot of words to obey but down here is different. Way too much different here my child," he grinned as he look up and I was in thought of why he was here. What did he done? What did he do to make it here? He was the best angel but then in the end he made a great sin. He was the most outstanding one in the realm of angels and everyone adores him and the includes me way back then. But in a sin he was immediately executed and send him here. I wonder how much hated he got in his heart even though he is an angel but in his situation right now being in the devil's realm he is allowed to have grief in his heart right?

I didn't answer his statement instead I remain silent and just sigh. Maybe he recognize me also or maybe he just knew that I came up there. An angel and now devil. Who knows people thought that when they die everything will come at peace and they will have freedom but little do they know that may it in heaven or may it in hell you will become young and will be given a task. Nothing stops you from being dead. You will do what you are ask to do, that is all.

I heard him laugh a little, a no ordinary laugh. It was like the tone of sending chills down into your spine. "Down here is way too different up there. You can do anything down here as long as you do what you have asked to do, as long as it gains the mission and the subject. NO if's no buts. Just easy as that and then you have the time in the world. Easy right? But when I was back there, sure I was praised, I was idolized by some angels. I put so many credentials and help people in that land. I helped so much that all I can have in the end was praised but that day was just okay for me. Not a problem because we have everything right? But down here was different. Being an angel you know what is your mission right. And you also knew why you are doing that. What is the purpose of your task. And that is because of us, the devils. Who lure the subject of selling their soul in exchange of their desires. Desires that a person cannot refuse, they can't resist especially if you out money and power. Wealth is all they need, people are greedy of money, you know that. You've been struggling by a subject who are enlightened by a money, if I don't make mistakes. They choose us over you, the angels. Money is everything indeed. But can I ask you how many persons did you have averted their path away from us?" he asked making me now look at him and he was just standing there smiling and looking at me that gives me creeps.

"I lost counts," I said and I saw him grin. I didn't lie though. I lost counts and I am not blabbering it but I belonged into the top ten angels who have been able to help people in the earth. I was number seven that is why my name is Seven. We don't have names up there and I can't even remember who I am.Maybe because if you are up there they make sure to erase all of your memories and enter as a clean one.

"Back then when I first saw you, I know you have potential but I was not expecting that you would be here and now wearing such a black suit," he snorted and that is when I learned that he was wearing a navy blue velvet suit. It was dark enough but looks elegant. He's suit is much more way better than mine. I like his style though.

I remained silent and keep myself cool. I want t get out of here now and do my first task.
