Emilia is looking at the new project proposal in her office. Lisa knocked on the door twice before coming in " mam Mr. Johnson is here to meet you. Should I send him in?" Lisa asked Emilia.

" ho I see, it seems that your husband is treating you well. I can tell that by marks on your neck". Alice said with a mockery tone.

" Alice stop! I said this to you already, you will always be my friend and like a brother to me. Please don't have second thoughts" Emilia doesn't want to give him wrong signals about her feelings towards him so she settled the record straight.

Alice saw Emilia smiling" I don't think so, that smile looks good on, it's been a while since I saw you smiling like that".

" What about those nightmares you used to get, are you still having them," Alice asked with concern.

" Sometimes, but not a problem for now," Emilia said while thinking how Ryan soothed her and held her last night when she is having that nightmare.

Her heart softened a little thinking Ryan might still care about her.

Then Lisa knocked on the door before coming in " mam, it's time you have to leave for another meeting now".

Then Emilia looked at Alice " sorry, I have another meeting, let's meet another time" she apologized.

" It's okay, I have to get to my office too, walk me down," Alice asked while getting up from the chair.

They both walked together towards the elevator talking about various issues. They got into the elevator Lisa stood behind them silently.

" Emilia I know it's not my place, but still you have to give your marriage a chance, you both are in love for a decade, you can't just push it down your heart," Alice said looking at Emilia.

But when Emilia heard she thought of Ryan asking for 6 months marriage contract, " there's nothing to give it a try" she said coldly

" Yeah, you can convince yourself by telling that, but everyone knows that he loves you and you love him" Alice sighed saying this, he felt sad for these two friends of his, even though they are in love Emilia pushed both of them away.

On hearing what Ryan said Emilia felt sad " only I know what happened, I can't get over the past, so I decided to push him away" she thought.

" tell him that missed him and Martin, I will meet them at the club later," Alice said

" you should go meet him, he missed you too, after all, you three are like brothers," Emilia said.

When the elevator door opened and they set their foot in the lobby a cold breeze passed through them, Emilia covered her body with her hands.

" I forgot to get my coat while coming down" she sighed saying this.

" Here, take this scarf. " Alice pulled the scarf around his neck and gave it to Emilia.

She took it only to prevent herself from cold. " You have a using some strong essence," she said while putting a scarf around her neck.

"Think about going there and setting that matter, be careful if anyone knows about this you will keep in a difficult position in front of family and Ryan."

Emilia returned his hug and sent him off. Then Lisa came over " mam, the car is waiting for you, we don't have much time".

By them she got in, Ryan is talking to his PR team and checking all the documents.

Emilia called out " Ryan". Ryan turned around to see emilia but he saw the men scarf around her neck his blue eyes turned dark, his face turned gloomy.

" why is she wearing a men's scarf, did she met a man before coming here, is this why she pushed me years ago?" Thinking this Ryans' expression darkened.

He walked over to Emilia and took her wrist and pulled her into the room nearby. Emilia doesn't know what's wrong with Ryan, his grip on her hand increases by the second.

Every one out saw ryan dragging Emilia into the room. They didn't understand why he did this, so they are all glued to their positions.

The room closed the door behind him and pushed Emilia to the door. Women's bodies can never be equal to men even if they workout.

Emilia looked at her wrist in pain, Ryan shook her by holding her shoulders and roared " who the hell is this scarf, are you cuckloading me, are you cheating on me?" He shouted like a maniac.

When Emilia heard this her face turned dark, she tried to control her temper.

" don't you dare to accuse of cheating on you," Emilia shouted back?

" you whored yourself with another man and now you dare to talk out loud, Emilia did you whore yourself" Ryan yelled at her.

When Emilia heard Ryan calling her a whore her blood boiled and she couldn't hold her anger " she raised her hand and slapped him".

" don't call me a whore, when the whole world knows your the one who slept with almost every woman in the city, you are the man whore" Emilia roared in anger. Actually, she felt sad all those years, whenever she saw a tabloid about him with a woman.
