Everyone in the room turned towards Emilia and Ryan. Even the servants in the room are tensed and stood where they are.

Ryan pulled out a chair for Emilia, she sat down silently, ryan sat next to her. Everyone is waiting for their answer.

Their parents felt so tense thinking that their children might give up their CEO positions than getting married.

Emilia breaked the silence and said" we will get married, but we have conditions" she said silently.

She might be cold towards everyone but not to her parents and Ryans parents .she loved them and respected them so much, they are the only ones who can convince her to do anything, never says no to them. Even though she never called ryan after coming back to the city, she went to greet his parents.

" I don't want a big wedding at least for now," Emilia said silently. Ryan looked at her with amusement" even though it's just a contract wedding, why didn't she want a big wedding.

Is it because she wants to keep it a secret from someone, is she in love with someone?" That thought made him angrier. "If she doesn't want a big wedding then it's up to her but i'm going to tell the world that she is my woman at least for now" he thought.

" yes, we don't want a big wedding, we will go to the civil affairs office today and get a marriage certificate today, and later we will tell our teams to release it to press," ryan said.

" it's okay! You are getting married in a few hours so don't call me aunty, call me mom " Ryan's mother said with joy. She liked Emilia a lot.

"Okay! Whatever you guys want to do! Wait here we informed both of your grandparents they are coming to visit, take their blessing before registering your marriage" Ryans father said with a smile on his face.

Ryan is still in his thoughts " why does my mom like Emilia so much, what does she see in her?". " Emilia is cold to me but she is always sweet to my parents, does she hate me but why?".

Emilias father said, " we know you guys are not getting married for love but we know you will be happy together, remember Your school and early college days, you guys used to be together together always. So keep your distances aside and try to get to know each other".

"That's true you are perfect for one another, just give yourself another chance" Ryan's mother spoke.

After a while, old lord Davis and old lord brown arrived. They are angry when they first saw online tabloids but later when their children called and said them they were getting married they felt happy.

Emilias granny took Ryan's hand and said " dear! You grew up fine. I really hope you treat my baby girl well". Ryan spoke so politely " granny! I will treat her well, you don't worry about her. Please take care of your health and grandpa's health."

Old lord dave took out a most precious bracelet and placed it on Ryans hand " it's a gift, I brought it for emilias husband and now it's time I give it to you".

Ryan looked at the bracelet and felt a throbbing pain in his chest, knowing he won't be emilias husband for a lifetime.

Ryans grandpa brought a gift with him and gave it to Emilia " Emilia it's really special! Please open it, it's Ryans' grandmother's ring. I want you to have it".

Emilia is embarrassed to accept the gift because she knows their marriage isn't going to last " grandpa its grandmas, you should keep it with you as her reminder" she said politely.

But old lord brown " no dear! If she is here with us, she would have given it to you herself".

"Ryan come here, place this ring on emilias finger, it would make us old people happy" old lord brown called ryan.

Ryan came and took the most beautiful pink star diamond ring which is one of the most precious diamonds in the world, Emilia gave her hand and ryan placed the ring on her hand. Ryan didn't know why but his heart skipped a beat while he is placing a ring on emilias finger.

During school days Ryan always thought that he and emilia would get married in future ,but when she left the country his heart broke and he turned cold and supressed all his feelings . Now all those feelings started to resurface without knowing.
