A ray of sunshine fell on Ryans face, he opened his eyes turning away from the light, and looked at the beautiful women sleeping beside him. He covered Sunrays from falling on her beautiful face by his hand." she looks so peaceful when she is asleep, she looks more beautiful like this but when she wakes up everything changes. We will be cold rivals again" Ryan mumbled looking at Emilia.

Emilia nuzzled into Ryans's chest more, she felt so much comfortable in his arms and his touch. Ryan wrapped his hands around her and hugged her tightly. Her smell made his cold heart melt even he doesn't know it. He kissed her hair. Remembering their school days, she used to be sweet to him but somehow she left the county to go abroad, to study without telling anyone. Ever since she came back and took over her family company businesses she became cold to everyone. She didn't even contact him after coming back to the city.

Ryan closed his eyes hugging Emilia tightly. When Emilia opened her eyes she saw Ryan hugging her and sleeping like a baby her cold heart started beating fast. She once loved this man but now everything changes. He slept with many women and he doesn't have feelings for her, this is what she thought. She collected her thoughts and kissed him on his lips thinking " one last time". She thought " I mean nothing but a just wild night to him, so why should I dwell into the past".

Ryan who is asleep " did she just kiss me? Did she remembered our love?" Thinking he opened her eyes. Emilia panicked and cleared her throat, and said " I think it's time to come to reality. I have a business to attend" she said while moving away from the bed and slipping into her dress. Ryan started getting his clothes on, he moved to Emilia who is trying to get her zip-up. He placed his hands on her back and his face on her hair thinking that " this doesn't mean anything to her ". Emilia felt Ryans breathe on her neck and she blushed. Ryan helped with her zip.

Collecting his coat Ryan opened the door for Emilia. Thinking that everyone might have left they walked down the stairs, but to their surprise, their parents are sitting in the big ballroom in front of a table filled with breakfast and deserts. Lisa and Ryans Secretary Liam stood behind them looking nervously making calls. Emilia and Ryan went down looking shocked at their parents.

They looked serious " come join for breakfast both of you," Ryans' father said. His tone is serious. Emilia looked at her father " what are you two waiting for, come sit" he said with a high pitch tone. Emilia and Ryan looked at each other and sat down at the table. To break the silence at the table Ryan spoke "why are we all here and why are we all having breakfast together".

Emilias mother threw a newspaper in front of them and Ryan's mother opened a tablet to show the news. Once they picked up and looked at them, Emilia almost choked on her juice. " oh my God! How did everyone found out?" she blurted out? Ryan's expression darkened but he didn't dare to speak knowing that they are in trouble. They both looked guilty in front of their parents.

Ryans assistant Liam came forward and said " both companies PR teams are working to take those tablets down but it already spread throughout the city". Emilia gathered her thoughts and said " do whatever it takes to take it down! I don't care what you do or how much you pay" she said coldly. Even though she is a female she has a dominating aura around her always which send shivers to everyone in the room. This is what Ryan likes most about Emilia.

You guys have two options " either you get married or step down from the family business" their parents layed the news in front of them. " what? Get married! Do you think this is a joke. We are adults and we had a one-time thing, why should we get married? Ryan talked. " yeah! We didn't do anything wrong and everyone knows that we are rivals and getting married is never gonna happen. What we did last night is a moment of weakness, we came to our peace with what we did, you should too" Emilia said silently.

"Then you both should step down from your positions as CEOs," Ryans's father said with a serious tone. Emilia and Ryan looked at each other with panic " they don't want to get married, they have various things in their minds and they don't have love between them". At union tone, they said, " we don't love each other, we shouldn't get married".
