Contemporary Romance>Freak Possessive Crown Prince>Chapter 3
Chapter 3
Damien the crown prince
I wore my formal suit and left to the airport in my limo. The royal jet was ready and waiting for me. I laid my body on my comfortable leather chair and raised my feet to the other chair in front of mine. I tried to sleep for a while but I couldn't take such a nap. I'm just kind of nosy person. A picky person should be nosy.
Seriously I was thinking about what might be that urgent to make me fly away in few minutes after my graduation!
I grabbed my laptop to finish some emails and read the news. But while I was in the middle of something important. An advertising for a new application popped out on my screen.
I leaned in my head closer from the screen to take a look and what made me more curious. That this is a new cell phone application called 'Secret Friends.'The name attracted me somehow.
What did they mean by secret friends? I opened the application to read how it works. And I was kind of impressed it's definitely new. Something different, It's not a love application or dating. It's chatting secretly between any two persons.
But the nice part was, that you could use your real information or a fake one. But you just need to choose wisely because It's not a wide chatting with everyone. The one you will choose to chat with will going to be the only one.
Which is too smart rule actually, I liked it. Whoever made this is a genius. Because shutting the availability to chat with Everyone makes the two persons hang to each other and be loyal.
'But, whatever. I don't need one.'I mumbled and shut the laptop.
Finally, after few hours, we landed and I hastened to the palace. We do own a plane lane in our palace.
I was practically running not just walking. But I was surprised that my father the king was in the middle of the conference. I rushed to my mother. And she was waiting for me and that was another shock for me.
I narrowed my eyes,"Mother! What's going on? The queen mother is fine?"
A familiar voice interrupted."Yes, I'm fine honey. Just go and join your father in this conference."
I cleared my throat,"But, What's going on?"
"You will know everything after the conference," My mother kissed my cheek and pushed me slightly to go.
I hesitantly strode to the conference room, with a puzzled mind. I feel like my father will going to announce something. I remember when he threw the bomb into my face in front of everyone at a conference when he out of blue without discussing with me about making me the crown prince.
I know that I'm in a way or another will be the crown prince because my brothers are still so young. But he was supposed to tell me before the conference but he didn't. That's why I was scared this time from what this conference will end with.
Once I stepped inside the conference. The guards announced to the reports and everyone that the crown prince arrived. They all greeted me. I stood next to my father. Who glared at me with a weird look.
Then he started to announce,"Everyone is wondering what is this conference about. This is first to welcome and congratulate my son the crown prince for graduating from the law school of Harvard. And second if for..."
My father discontinued and glared at me with a sheepish smile as he was trying to tell me at this moment by his eyes 'Son are you ready for the bomb?!'
I cleared my throat nervously; I wanted to ask him but I couldn't. As the crown prince and according to our royal family. I can't simply interrupt the king speech. I should wait.
My father smiled at me then he twirled his head to the audience again "Well, the crown prince is getting married soon."
"What?" I blinked and asked flabbergasted.
My father tapped over my shoulder,"Congratulation son."
'Is he kidding with me? No! He never joke! For god sake! I don't even have a girlfriend in my life. I didn't pick any girl to be my wife. What's happing here?'I was mumbling in my mind, trying to curb my anger.
I faked a smile to the audience and waved to them silently. Especially after the reporters started to ask about the lucky girl. I didn't have an answer for that of course. I was surprised as most of them.
My father finished the conference after his speech directly and gestured to me to follow him inside to the palace. Of course, I needed some explanation.
Once we entered my father’s office, I found that the queen mother and the queen were already waiting for us.
I blurted out, "Okay, could you please explain to me?"
My father gazed at me to watch my mouth. Yes, I'm not allowed to raise my voice. I cleared my throat and headed down "Father, please. How you could do something like that?"
"It was my decision, Damien. I need you to find a good girl and get married soon. I need to see your children."The Queen mother replied instead. Well, she knows that I can't say no to her. Not because of her position in the kingdom. But because I adore her.
I sighed in surrender tone "Well; I guess I will do what you wish."
My mother and the queen mother hugged me tightly, and my father interrupted the long hug "Okay, Now what's your plan?"
I widened my eyes,"What do you mean father?"
My father rubbed his chin "Your plan to find your wife, idiot."
My mother grinned,"Well, I do have a plan. All he needs is just to follow my instruction."
I turned my head to my mother in thunderstruck. 'Is she serious? They decided and planned as well?! Then why they didn't choose my wife instead of me?!'
I snapped to myself to pay attention to my mother plan,"Well, Damien, you will go to the royal college as a senior in the last year and in less than six months you should find your wife."My mother explained to me.
I stepped closer "Mother, six months?! What if I didn't find my soul mate?!"
"You should find any girl suits to be in our royal family within six months."My father said sternly.
"As a student?! Again?! This is not even a plan!"I mumbled.
The queen mother drew a frustrated and disappointed look on her face, I couldn't say No. I do love her so much. I shrugged my shoulders "Well; I guess at least I should try."
'I am twenty-five years old for god sake! How I could contact a bunch of kids younger than me with at least three or four years?! And what I will say to everyone! Especially they knew that I just graduated from Harvard! I wish my brothers were elder than me sometimes,'
